First time using Shower Doctor. I ordered a part which unfortunately was no good. And so was sent back and refunded in less than 24hrs.
For me my experience from start to finish has super positive. 😀

Very helpful on the phone pictures I sent were eventually matched up part fitted and stopped water passing to shower head.

I spoke with a representative of the company beforehand and placed my order on their advice who were very knowledgeable, unfortunately the part didn't resolve the problem however I will definitely be keeping The Shower Doctors details for future reference.

Knowledgable response and quick delivery of a pressure relief device (bit of plastic and a rubber grommet.) expensive but did the job.
