I requested a quote which took 2 months to come. I was offered a quote with an equivalent shower to mine. But the shower was £369!
They said I could buy the shower from another supplier and would fit for a bit more! Fine! The shower was a lot cheaper everywhere else! So bought a brand new one from Amazon! The Engineer Barry came to install it which took a lot longer than an and said it was faulty! How! Brand new! Like for like replacement! Wasn’t too happy that my water stop was on the other side of the house!
Suggested to leave it for us to contact Mira! We asked that it take it down!
I sent back my shower but the mess everything was in! A bit of the back of the shower was cut off!
Anyway! I haven’t found a shower yet and I had to pay £120 for the install of the shower!! Basically the same price as if I had a shower but have no shower! DO NOT USE !
I find it strange that a brand new shower is faulty!!!
Basically, not a nice experience!

I had a faulty thermostatic shower cartridge and could not identify the make or model. A quick WhatsApp with photos of the offending item to the Shower Doctor resulted in minutes with a reply and a link to the correct part on their website. Ordered with next day delivery and all fitted and up and running.
Cannot fault the service which was exemplary, would definitely recommend.

I ordered a part which was the wrong size. I am a widow, and this is the first time I have needed to replace something. The returns department were so easy to deal with, and explained my options for return. I felt valued as a customer.

Miss leading website prices and imagery, very very late delivery, had to call them three times to chase my £500 shopping, not happy

The package arrived completely smashed up. The postman took a photo off it and I have as well. Fortunately being toilet hinges etc. they seem ok. I have'nt fitted them yet. obviously you do not dispatch them in that condition but somehow in the delivery process they got " beaten up".

The replacement seat was delivered from stock in two days at a keen price. I'm very happy !
