Avoid - they send faulty items and say they are not liable as its been installed ( even when its not been installed)
they do not take responsibility for the goods they supply you and state you need to go to the manufacturer

Good value and easy to use Bristan shower valve
Our Bristan shower valve was delivered quickly in original sealed packaging and at a good price.
Installation to replace our old stiff-to-turn unit was straight forward (although the control lever had been factory-fitted upside down!).
Works well and easy to use.

Very unimpressed with Shower Doctor's response to non delivery
It didn't arrive when I was told it had. No photo proof of delivery from the Post Office.
Been chasing up this order for 2 days now and still non the wiser as to when I can repair my client's shower unit.
