Assembly Required But a Good Buy
Delivery was fast, yet postage was somewhat costly. Cost of postage, this day and age, is a little understandable. The plastic hooks I ordered takes some assembly, they are not delivered complete for using. Photo nor advertisement for these hooks do not mention assembly required.
