All went well
The web site is easy to use. When I phoned to place my order, I spoke to a man who seemed out of his depth when a carrier cost was required, as I live out of the usual area. I phoned again and it was Gillian who responded and the difference was amazing. My order was placed efficiently and delivered on the due date. Gillian let me know when the order was leaving them. I was delighted by the service all thanks to Gillian.

Product & Company good, delivery not so good.
Ordered the shower glass required. Good price. Easy website to negotiate. Unfortunately, the first shower glass that I ordered was discontinued, but ShowersToYou rang and guided me through another similar product. All good, new order received and happy with the purchase. The only downside was when the shower glass was delivered the delivery driver was unable to bring it into the property and was slightly rude about it. Fortunately my son was able to come round in the evening to lift it into the house. My husband has Parkinsons & unable to grip, I have recently had a total knee replacement and am on crutches. So not ideal. The company & the product good, delivery not so good.

Very happy with the excellent service offered by Showers To You. I decided to change the width of panel following delivery and the request was handled without fuss with a clear explanation of process and costs by email. On delivery it was noted that one of the panels was chipped and the panel was again changed without quibble and a replacement on site within a few days. Would happily use Showers To You again.

Good product, but very long delivery
No issues with the product. Delivery time however was a big issue. Website said in stock and usually delivers between "3-5 working days". I think "3-5 working weeks" would have been a better description.

Good afternoon,
We are very sorry to hear that your order was not delivered within the delivery lead of 3 – 5 working days as advised.
We have looked into the circumstances surrounding the delay with the delivery of your order. Your order was received on the 26th August at 17:48. We would have viewed your order on the 27th August in the morning, the next working day. The Kinedo Kineprime enclosure would have been ordered on as a stock transfer to which we can confirm that your item was available and should have been shipped and delivered to you within the estimated delivery lead time advised. At this time, we were not advised of any delays or issues with your order. We note that you had chased the delivery of your order by email on the 4th September. To which we responded advising that your order would be with your shortly. We can see that your order was successfully delivered on the 15th September.
We can only apologise for the delay with the delivery of your order. Under normal circumstances, your order would have been chased and if there are any delays with the delivery of your order, we would be in contact with you to advise and provide a new delivery lead time.
Once again, please accept our apologies for the delay.
