The staff who accompanied us was not in…
The staff who accompanied us was not in a happy mood and had no smile at all. We felt like she is not bothered or wanted to serve us. As a customer, I am pretty disappointed.

Timely help. It was a last minute call.
Flexibility with moving in modalities- I was allowed to move in on same day I paid, even without having been to the office physically, as the office was to close before I would arrive.
The ongoing promo- £1 in first month.
Online booking- easy!
Neatness and great organisation of the entire set up.
Very courteous and helpful staff (21/11/22).

Ok here we go: really super friendly staff onsite during office hours, very clean building, all the nitty gritty communicated and easy code to remember. Excellent competitive price. I got an £1 rental offer, all I had to pay was £30 for insurance and the lock for a whole month. 10 out of 10.

Excellent new facility with positive and helpful staff. The whole process from sign up to load in was hassle free. I’ve used other storage companies in the past and was expecting the usual annoyances but honestly this is in a different league. Genuinely impressed thanks!
