Access denied because of the system’s clock!
Just before my flight early night, I wanted to put my stuff away. When arrived, shortly after 10:20pm, I have tried to type my access code in several times to open the gate. The access has been denied each time. The monitor was saying “ the area is closed “, which wasn’t true as the store access times are clearly stated on the internet, saying 7am-11pm. It was just 10:30 pm, but the monitor was saying 11:30pm! I tried to speak to the security guy and get help, but he was only able to tell me I have no access to the locker right now as nobody has made an effort to fix the the time in the system! He said I can’t do anything. The registered time was set onto summertime! Nobody has changed it into wintertime for months, which lead me to losing my stuff, money and time. I spoke to the operator on the phone as well, literally no one was useful and able to sort this out. My situation was hopeless. I don’t recommend the experience, unreliable and unprofessional, because of the stupid clock I lost my appreciation for the services. Pattern yourself, because the next client might not be as polite and happy about it
