Great experience over several years
We’ve used Shurgard for several years, and it’s all been great! Location, cost, access has all been wonderful, and when we lost our keys, Matthew was super responsive and helpful.

A Solid Place with Great Customer Service
A solid place, clean, spacious and secure; but it's the amazing people who make the all important difference.

It was very easy to rent a unit online. All formalities were completed within one hour. We also received clear instruction for termination of rental agreement.

Having had my unit for close to twelve years, I can safely say that the service has been exceptionally good; When I've needed to contact the staff, they've been approachable, professionable, and easy to work with. The storage unit has been secure, easy to access, and met my needs. Can't say any faiter than that: HIGHLY recommended!

It went so smoothly and they were both so polite and friendly!
