Two orders in, and I’m officially obsessed. My first parcel arrived fast, the second vanished into the Royal Mail abyss — but the company were incredible and sent a replacement right away. The earrings I bought are absolutely gorgeous: delicate, pretty, and even nicer in person. If you’re hesitating, just go for it. I’m already planning my next purchase.

I ordered from their website and when I added an item to my basket it completely changed the item. At the time of ordering I did not look as I thought a trusted website would have NO issues.
Once order came and it was wrong I went back onto website to check if i have done anything wrong how ever the website was still changing items I was adding into my basket.
I emailed the company to address these issues and asked for an exchange or the actual pair I wanted. However the company emailed back making out that I was stupid and did now know how to order items/ blaming me for their mistakes and saying I had to pay to send the items back when it was their fault.
I would NOT recommend this website to anyone i think they are just scamming people by sending items which are not popular so they can get rid of stock they have knowing people will not pay extra to get these items exchanged.
I think it was absolutely disgusting the way the member of staff spoke to me over email and was making out I was the one who is wrong and the emails were just repetitive and rude.

I bought three pairs of earring for my daughter and myself. My daughter’s earrings were absolute perfection, teenie tiny, dainty, super cute but also secure with internal threading (as she frequently looses butterfly backs).

My earrings had a stone which had fallen out. I emailed customer service who responded within a day and posted a replacement out to me without my having to return the faulty pair.

Absolutely elite customer service. Their earrings are stunning and excellent quality at a very accessible price point. Will be using this company again and highly recommend 🫶

These must be the smallest earings ever. Really fiddly to get in due to the size of them. More suited for children. Would not buy again

I purchased a lovely pair of silver moonstone earrings, which I have worn everyday since purchasing a couple of months ago. I returned from trip and realised that one of the stones had fallen out. I emailed Emma at Silver Rain on a Sunday, and within a few hours received an email back apologising and advising a replacement pair would be sent out, which I received 2 days later. Was really impressed with the customer service, thank you 👍

Purchased a pair of schnauzer earrings as I had lost one of a pair my daughter bought me as a present. My daughter found the missing earring and I was able to return my earings - unworn - and exchange for a pretty little silver/opal ring. It's a great fit and it has been admired by friends and family. I was impressed that Silverrain were willing to exchange or refund and the process to purchase the new ring, which was a different price was very simple. I would definitely purchase from them again. Their jewellery is pretty and affordable

I came across the website through a FB add. Wanted to purchase new earings to start building a stack. The variety was incredible. Silver, gold & rose gold. Purchased 2 sets of small hoops and a pair of pearl studs in rose gold. They arrived in about 2 to 3 days of ordering and they are so beautiful, dainty & feminine, stunning peices. Having my 3rd lobe and a helix pierce next week and can't wait to wear the pearl studs but need to be more patient with the helix. I will definitely be purchasing from silver rain again.

I sent for three items, which arrived the next day and were really good quality and very pretty. Good price, not too expensive and the communication from the company was brilliant, answering my queries within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
