Beautifully made ring. Really excellent quality. I got my sizing wrong, not sure what I did wrong but I will be getting it resized. I’m incredibly happy with the ring otherwise and can definitely recommend Silvery Jewellery!

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Originally ordered a ring which came fairly promptly but the incorrect colour was sent. Returned the ring to them on 6th December as this was for a Xmas present. Today is the 10th January 25 and I still do not have my ring. They have sent me tracking information that confirms they received the ring on 16th December but don’t know where it is!!!

I would like to sincerely apologise for the experience you had encountered, upon investigation, your ring had been remade and sent out from our workshop on the 11th of December 2024 with DHL, we have had no knowledge that your ring was not delivered but thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will attempt to contact DHL and our team in the UK and track your parcel.

The fact that you can order something custom makes a gift more personal and heartfelt, and this coupled with superior material makes it that much more special. I am really satisfied with how my order turned out.
