After searching for a niche 30th birthday gift for my partner, I found a lovely personalised bangle on the website, added my personalisation to it as requested.

Communications weren't great, could be a lot better if they utilised the UK team more to save the time difference in responses etc.

Upon receipt of the item, it was very flimsy and far from what it looked like on the website. Very easy to bend and go out of shape which isn't what you expect at the price asked and paid for it.

However, when asked to sort this as it's fallen below expectations is that a fee will be required to amend the bangle when the issue/fault doesn't sit with me. If the quality isn't up to satisfaction then something should be done about it as a goodwill gesture, however every outcome resorts in more money being asked from me which I refuse to do.

Shame because I thought give a small business a chance but failed on this occasion.
