I have been a SimFab customer since 2019 and have placed multiple orders with them over the past few years to build up my sim. One thing I noticed right away, is how attentive and excellent their response time and customer care was. I was missing some hardware, they sent it immediately. I couldn't figure out how to install, a representative stayed involved after hours on a weekend to help me get installation completed. Then, the best experience of all. My first purchase, my racing seat, from 2019 experienced a failure as the metal tubing in the back rest, gave way and broke on both sides, causing it to fall backwards and sag. Since it had been so long and I got good seat time out of the chair, I figured this would no longer be covered by any guarantee. I wasn't sure if there was a good discount available for a returning customer for a replacement, so I called to see what could be done. SimFab is truly incredible, they are sending me a brand new chair at no charge, due to a structural failure. I had offered to pay for shipping (about $300) to Alaska, since I moved from when I first bought the seat in Oklahoma and shipping would be much higher and felt bad, however the SimFab rep said it would be covered by them at no cost to me. I'm in shock at this level of service. I already got the tracking number and the new chair replacement is on the way. This is a company I will stick with for my sim needs. I'm seriously impressed and thankful such good customer service exists.

Really good company! I have their Flight Sim seat with throttle accessories and just ordered their Racing conversion kit. Definitely recommend this company! They always answer support and help with any questions via text as well. I will keep ordering from SimFab not just for the Amazing quality but also because of the Best customer support! Very hard to find a company like this now and days

I have the DCS Flight Sim set up. Firstly I'm impressed by the quality of the components for the price that they're selling this for.

Set up was easy for the most part. They include all tools that you need, but I would say a socket wrench will make things a lot easier.

The shipment came in 2 separate boxes. When I emailed them about when I could expect the second box they replied in less than 30 minutes - which speaks volumes to their customer service.

Really glad i finally bit the bullet and purchased this after months of debating.

I ordered the Rotorcraft set up for my OH-58 Kiowa set up and found out I had not ordered the proper parts. SimFab went out of their way to send me the proper parts no charge and if they had not worked to custom build me a cyclic and collective plate. Can't say enough about there GREAT customer service

"D" was awesome in communicating with me to ensure I was getting the accessories I needed for my Openwheeler. The man walked to the shipping department to add what I needed! Who does that anymore? That's why I have confidence in ordering more items from SimFab!

Wow! I ordered the Helicopter Cockpit and a couple other things. 1st, let me say that I'm 60 years old and have been flying MSFS since the beginning and I've used every piece of hardware out there over the years. SimFab, paired with Virpil gear is far and away the best I've ever experienced. When you see all the amazingly put together hardware and the quality of the metal, it is well worth the money. I’ve spent a small fortune over the last 30-40 years I guess and there has never been anything close to the quality of SimFab and Virpil products and I’ve tried them all. Don’t hesitate.

I ordered a flight sim #1 hotas hybrid and flight sim #6 center stick attachment for the SimFab chair. I was disappointed to find out that my VKB Gladiator NXT did not work with the plates used for the center stick attachment. Ended up emailing SimFab and while it took awhile for them to respond, I was please to see them reply in detail with troubleshooting my problem.

They ended up refunding me because the plate couldn't attach to my stick and sent me a new plate in return. The new plate was usable with my VKB stick and everything worked out. I have to praise them for the personalized response and fix for my problem.

absolutely top quality product, the amount of "stuff" you get on top of the rig itself is amazing, the metal and build quality is amazing. Wish i had discovered SIMFAB a lot sooner.

Haven’t actually gotten the chance to set up my product yet, but I have to say SimFab lived up to the reviews. Excellent customer service during the process of ordering answering all questions I had. They even corrected my order when they saw I had ordered an extra part not needed that was already included. Despite not using the product, I’m pretty confident I’ll love it based off others experiences.

I had received a bracket that did not work for my rig. Dimitar quickly and professionally dealt with the situation and got me a replacement straight out.

Fast service and extremely well made products. If you’re in the market I highly recommend. Instructions are instructions. Sometimes confusing but take your time and use photos too and you’ll be just fine.

Very impressed by the quality and versatility of the Sim Fab product and design. The website was very useful and after placing a fairly large order, a representative even called me for confirmation which resulted in a slight modification of the order for my benefit. WORLD CLASS customer service!

The product itself is so well made, so compatible with the different flight sim options, and priced extremely fairly. I know many think it is expensive but it is not out of line with competition and frankly when mine arrived and I assembled it, it far exceeded my expectations at that price. If I had somewhere to put it, I'd have two so I could have flight and driving sim setups. Unfortunately these days, the times when you feel like you got your money's worth are few and far between and this is most definitely one of those times.
