Worked with me to get the correct part to to upgrade my gen 1 rig

Great quality with good pricing, processing and shipment!

Package arrived with hole in one end with long poles sticking thru. Pole would not have fit in box normally due to length so hole must have been done intentially. Also my keyboard stand is very wobbly no matter how much I tighten it

Great experience with SimFab. Was having difficulty ordering and called on a weekend, got no answer but didn't leave a message. Five minute later they called back and apologised for not answering. Got the order done. Received it very quickly. Was very easy to put together. The instructions were clear. I ended up doing a second order which went perfect. I highly recommend them

Customer service was excellent. Tech confirmed the issue with the panel within 5 min. Only thing I did not like which is not his fault, is that I had to ship and then wait for a new panel to be shipped back. It would have been easier for me to just order a replacement through Amazon then return the malfunctioning panel.

Swift shipping and a quality product, but above all else, excellent customer service and professionalism. During my set-up, I encountered an issue with mounting my STECS Max to the throttle plate provided. I emailed support and was taken aback with how fast I received a response as well as a shipping notification for a new compatible throttle plate heading my way. The folks at SimFab told me to keep them updated on the new solution. I’ll be continuing to expand my setup with SimFab gear.

Most companies are done after the sale. This company exceeds any expectation that I could have imagined still possible. Someone answers the phone every time I have called, and a bonus, always friendly, understand English and knows their product and every product you are going to purchase for your sim pit. The price on what you receive is unbelievable compared with other products of the same quality, and then they throw in free shipping, wow. Made in the USA. The product is solid and is a 5 minute swap out between modules for me. The chair is comfortable, I like the ease and adjustability of the mouse & keyboard add-on & the colorful instruction manuals are very nice and full of information with detailed part numbers & assembly, and real tools. Easy setup. Can't say enough, just an awesome diamond in the rough.
