Laura, with the support team was great! I was having an issue adding a preset to lightroom and submitted a request for assistant. Within an hour of receiving my message, Laura reached out. I was given the options for a video call or to submit screenshots of the error message I was receiving. I opted to send screenshots. After diagnosing the problem, I was provided with step-by-step instructions to resolve the issue. Now I am up an running. I greatly appreciate the quick turnaround!

I think the master classes by Kristina are outstanding. She is knowledgeable and engaging and really knows her stuff. Every skill she has taught has been interesting and very indepth. She takes personal pride in helping those of us who sometimes need it..she has never failed to answer any of my questions or not get involved to help me solve a potential photoshoot problem. I've been a digital retoucher for over 30 years. I do a lot of portrait retouching. No, it's not "high end" fashion retouching but i do my best to make people look their best. I've used other tools but wanted to dig into Frequency Separation and get some good tips from Kristina's LinkedIn program, the Skin Retouch. The course was very well presented and I picked up some good tips. I recommend it to anyone wishing to improve their workflow.

Half of what I do is in my creative mind, the other half is in the real world; making the idea come to life. Having the support and tools, learning the best techniques, and to be a part of the creative community at large, is priceless. Bought AI Masterclass, AI presets and beautybrushes. Struggled a little with activation due to typo in my e-mail address, but support handled that efficiently. AI Masterclass videos are very good, and give a lot of inspiration. The presets and brushes come with video tutorials that are really good, showing how to professionally retouch portraits.

I purchased an editing course from Shark Pixel, designed for Photoshop, but later realized I primarily use Lightroom and didn’t need it. I reached out to Kristina Shark, and she responded promptly with a full refund. Her fast action, professionalism, and friendly approach made the experience exceptional. Might be good products and courses but the way it is promoted is very icky. Lots of free "live" webinars advertised- if you click it is always happening within 15 minutes (even if it's the middle of the night in the US). The webinar is NOT LIVE. Which is fine, except for the fact they lie to you and say it is. There are comments appearing which are obviously from the original recording, and you can enter comments and Q&A, but you're never going to get your question answered. If the webinar is pre-recorded, why not just say so, and allow people to pause and rewind?

The other thing is that the webinar goes on for TWO HOURS and the whole thing is just a way to promote the "bundle" offered at the end (for $200). She shares 5 "secrets" not 10 as advertised, goes too fast to see what she's doing, and entirely uses her own presets, brushes etc- so you can't duplicate results without buying. Some of the tips might have been useful if you could pause and rewind as there's no time to really see what she's doing.

So the misleading way everything is marketed means I will not be spending any money with this business, I don't trust it at all.

The product from Shark delivers as promised. That includes the staff who go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction, no matter the absurd situation,like mine. I was so enthused by the Facebook campaign ad that I ordered it immediately. After the prompt delivery, I realized I had already been using the product for months with great outcome. Without hesitation, they refunded my payment. When they say trial period, they aren't kidding around.

After watching the video and purchasing the action packs that Kristina demonstrated I was so anxious to try them for myself. Before I got to that point I quickly found out I could not use these presets for any of our camera club competitions nor any intra-club competitions which we are also part of. That left me with the question - when will I use them? Even at this discounted promo pricing it was hardly worth it to me- especially as my funds are currently limited. I wrote to say so and I needed a refund. I was astonished when a response came not giving me 10 reasons why they would not / could not.... but rather to say a credit has already been issued. WOW - how professional. I've never experienced that before. I'm sure one day I'll be able to purchase this or something else and will without hesitation.

Quick answers, problems solved fast. And they are all smiles.
