I purchased a wheel hub extension kit and it came earlier than I expected it to. When it arrived the product exceeded my expectations, no machining defects or any rough edges and everything fit together perfectly. Truly a quality product.

Hallo, ich habe mir am 27.08. die P2000 von Simagic bestellt, als ich gesehen habe das die P1000 nicht viel teurer waren (2 Pedal Combi) habe ich direkt gefragt ob man es noch hinbekommen könnte diese zu tauschen, hier habe ich immer schnell eine Antwort erhalten und es war kein Problem, die Pedale kamen durch BRT dann DPD am 05.09. bei mir (DE) aus IT an, da sie wohl direkt aus dem Werk kamen.
Positiv:
- super Kommunikation / super schnelles Feedback
- schneller Versand (NL bzw. IT nach DE)
- Service Top
kleine Kritik:
- Zahlungsart (kein Paypal)
- Kabel Management Set nicht bekommen (im Angebot von der Seite)
Ich war sehr zufrieden und würde immer wieder bestellen.

One of the best optimised shops I have experienced. Even though it was vacation season they shipped in 48h. Great communication and many channels to choose from. Few tips: Choose faster/ more expensive shipping and don’t buy immediately the items you have in the basket for a nice surprise. ;)

Ich gebe Simplace 4 Sterne. Die Lieferung hat 10 Tage gedauert. Aber die Kommunikation per E-Mail hat sehr gut funktioniert, wenn ich fragen hatte. Ein Stern Abzug wegen Whistle Paketdienst da ich keine gültige Trackingnummer hatte. Man muss dazu sagen das Simplace in Holland ist und es deswegen natürlich nicht so schnelle Lieferzeiten gibt als wie wenn ich im Inland bestellt hätte.

Prima volta che acquisto oggetti ambito sim racing e non potevo fare scelta migliore se non SimPlace, sito web eccellente con anche la possibilità di usufruire di buoni sconto, consegna impeccabile e in brevissimo tempo, con anche la possibilità di tracciare il pacco in arrivo, servizio che a mio avviso e fondamentale e molto premium. Team e live chat sempre pronta per qualsiasi domanda o problema, anche via email risposte in brevissimo tempo, servizio clienti anch esso insieme al resto impeccabile, 5 stelle più che meritate. Consiglio l acquisto da simplace.

They are swindlers
They are swindlers! Don’t trust what they claim to have on their website and what they confirm to you via email. It’s all tactics to attract customers, take orders, and then ship whenever and if ever they feel like it. There are many high-quality Simracing stores in Europe, don’t waste your time with these swindlers. Swindlers for now, because they are even causing issues with refunding me, and at that point, they become scammers!

The secret is good product...G1000 for…
The secret is good product...G1000 for msfs 2020. A good upgrade to glass cockpit. Recommended video useless though,it was for an old sim virtually no one uses. Took me a while to understand and use it but really good when you master it. Simplace.co was effeciant and got the panel to me quickly. One thing though. The UK tax is 160 pounds which makes it very expensive.
