I’d never heard of you guys and normally shop with the bigger stores, but wow! I’m glad I took the plunge and you kept me abreast of my order every stage of the way. Intransparency and false promises
I placed an order on the 6th of September 2022. Over the following 4-5 months, I kept being promised delivery dates that ended up being nonsense every single time. In one of their many emails, they promised to "keep in touch" about the delivery date and then proceeded to not email me for 2 full months, plus another week of not reacting to my emails asking what's going on. There was also one case of my order being wrongfully cancelled (which I was told I could ignore), and another case of them refusing to apply a 10% discount from a sale they were doing after my initial order, but while I was waiting for them to send the item.
I eventually cancelled my order and got the money back. I understand that the core issue was with the deliverer, but it sucks to be stalled for this long. Simplace clearly had no idea when the item would actually arrive, and therefore shouldn't have taken orders for that item, nor keep telling me about alleged delivery dates that have all been wrong.

Well... it works
So first to the good things:
- My order worked without any problems
- Delivery to Germany was really fast and without any problems (took 5 days)
-Price was good , overall great value for money( and they throw the 5% off literally after you)
-everything was in good condition and worked without problems( The package was a bit bumped from delivery [just FedEx-Things] but there was enough packaging material so nothing got damaged)
The negativ stuff:
- the payment options are quite limited( Im not a fan of not using PayPal( Due to Buyers Protection) and my Credit Card didn't work, so it looked a bit shady on first glance
-I found the site while searching for Moza stuff in europe and after my purchase i got flooded with ads ( i already bought from you- no need to further lure me in)
Final review:
It works... nothing more, nothing less. You'll get your stuff for a good price. A bit to many ads and the possibility of Buyers Protection via PayPal etc. would be great

Der Sparco Sitz ist super und die Lieferzeit war ok.
Allerdings fehlten das Kabel Management Set, schade aber kein Weltuntergang.
Dennoch gerne wieder.
