Great online service and beautiful addition to our office!

Great experience! We ordered a sim-racing setup for our newly renovated office. We had no knowledge about sim-racing gear upfront and asked for advice through their WhatsApp customer service. We were overwhelmed with the personal experience and suggestions. We received a setup which fits our needs and most of all brings joy to the working place. Thanks!

Not answer, very bad shop!

Have order on saturday morning.
There is a info for shipping out in 2 days. No Mail. No answer...

- I received an immediate response an hour after the review. My mail wos in spam. Now i have a date and i will wait. if i get a shipping confirmation on thursday i will give more stars

- thursday. No mail..-.-

Okay.. 1 Point.. Zero i cant get!... its 12.03.2023.. And no sending.. The info with sending out 48 ours is there. Very Bad store. Take another and dont buy here!

RS6 Chassis | Awesome Experience

I ordered the RS6 Chassis from Simplace a few weeks back. The product was out of stock worldwide and I was looking at getting it asap. Their customer support team messaged me about a possible delay in dispatch time but worked through with me every step of the way. Overall my experience with them was amazing, the wait time is a bit higher, but that is due to the supplier, nothing to blame the guys over at Simplace for!!! Amazing experience, and big thanks to Jesse for making sure I was constantly updated!!!!

Alles ziemlich langsam

Original Post: Ich warte seit 5 Wochen auf die Rückzahlung einer stornierten Bestellung. Storniert wurde bevor die Ware versandt wurde. Versprochen waren 5-10 Tage. Ich glaube, dass es ohne Anwalt nichts mehr wird...

Edit: Nach der Bewertung wurde auf meine Nachfrage reagiert und die Rückerstattung durchgeführt. Ich habe inzwischen mein Geld zurück bekommen, weshalb ich die Bewertung erhöht habe. (von 1 auf 3 Sterne) Von Storno der Bestellung bis zum Erhalt der Rückerstattung sind gut 7 Wochen vergangen.

Die Reaktionszeit auf Nachfragen im In-Shop-Nachrichtendienst ist sehr langsam. Zum Teil hat eine Antwort >5 Tage gedauert.

Auch wenn schlussendlich alles gut ausgegangen ist, werde ich aufgrund der schlechten Erfahrung nicht noch einmal hier einkaufen.

Took a while but it got here

4 stars and not 5 just because they took a while to ship my order, but it still was on the 5th business day of the 3 to 5 days they displayed on their website, so it was on time. Once it was shipped, it got to me really fast. I got quick replies to the emails I sent to them. Would buy from them again, just need to be a bit patient.

TR80mk5 - Trak Racer
Very fast delivery, after few negative reviews about Trak racer i was little sceptical, but everything comes as ordered, no missing parts or scratch profiles. Installation is little bit longer but nothing special.
Rig comes with seat brackets in price.
Rig is super stiff, at this moment with Fanatec DD pro, but in near future i will install VRS DFP base.

Produkt wurde vollständig geliefert, dauert aber lange

Nach der ersten negativen Bewertung wurde meine Bestellung geprüft und auch verschickt. Ob meine Mail sonst auch beachtet worden wäre, kann ich nicht sagen. Die Teile kamen unbeschädigt und vollständig bei mir an.
Trotzdem hat das ganze insgesamt 2 Wochen gedauert, anstatt der angegebenen 7 Werktage.
Am Kundenservice und der Kommunikation muss hier aber noch dringend gearbeitet werden.

First time's a winner!

Being me, I of course ordered my flight sim hardware at one of the busiest time of the year. There was a slight delay in dispatching, but nothing egregious or inconvenient overall.

The only negative point that I can think of what a slight breakdown in communication after ordering that left me in the dark a little as to when my order would be shipped. I fed this back, in my usual wordy way, and the feedback was met with a neutral eye and an open mind... as well as a willingness to engage. Most refreshing and seemingly rare as of late.

But again, considering the time of year that I ordered, my experience on the whole has been a positive one. SHOP HERE! These guys are great, the hardware selection is current and competitive... and I will be back!

I ordered a rig on 24.11, questions about the item before ordering were answered immediately.
After the item was paid for, there was no response regarding the delivery date. Neither by WhatsApp or email. I've been asking for three days and just ignored🫤

Never Again!

I placed an order on 31 Oct 2022, their site indicated that the item was in stock and would be shipped in 3 to 5 days, after a week I sent multiple emails with no response until I threatened to cancel and request a refund. I was told that it takes 2 to 3 weeks to prepare the item and my order was scheduled to be shipped in a week, that did not happen. Again I have sent 3 more emails in an attempt to get an update with no response. I have no problem waiting but would appreciate an honest reply.

It is now 11/25/22 and my order has finally shipped. They have updated their website to indicate that it takes 3 weeks to manufacture the wheel. My only real issue is the lack of timely communication.

It is now 11/29/22, 4 days since my order "shipped", yet it has not moved, UPS has not received it. I was told it would be picked up by UPS within an hour, that obviously did not happen. At this point I am not sure what to believe from Simplace. As far as I know they just printed a shipping label. I am growing tired of the run-around. The weight listed on the shipping info was .50kg, this is way to low for the wheel I ordered.

On 12/1 a new shipping label was created for Fedex, Simplace blaming UPS for the delay this time. Fedex has picked up the package and is in route to me. This package weights 3.0 kg.

It is now 12/9/2022 and I have finally received the wheel that I ordered on 10/31/2022. Simplace, after all the run-around and delays chose to ship the wheel "Economy", meaning that I took another week+ to get to me. The wheel is a great product, I should have ordered it directly from the company that builds this wheel. I won't come back to Simplace for anything.

Terrible customer service, slow shipping

They advertised the rig I ordered as 'in stock' with 'ready to ship in 2 days' In reality it took them around two weeks to get it out the door. When I asked what was going on with shipping they took several days each time to have the only response be that they are looking into it.

When it finally arrived it was missing major pieces. I contacted them and initially they responded they would look into it, but it has been radio silence for days again.

Today is a month after I actually ordered the rig and I still don't have a functional rig and Simplace.co is ignoring me.
