Simplace valide votre commande préleve votre argent mais ne vous donne pas d’informations sur la livraison.
Après un message sur Trustpilot leur réponse est que le colis est parti ce qui n’est pas vrai et ils ne répondent plus aux messages.
Je leur ai fait une demande de remboursement mais je n’y crois pas plus qu’à la livraison.

Some flaws but delivers.

It took 2 weeks to get shipment info, could be caused by my location. Support answers after asking for details. It was not the best experience but they delivered the product.

Use Email instead of the Ticket system

So I got a rim from this website as a replacement for my main rim while it was refurbished.
The rim from simplace was barely used. However, the shifter already gave in after a few hours of usage and doesn't recognize shifts anymore.
I reached out to customer service, who initially responded. However, they stopped communicating after the first contact and I haven't heard from them since.

Maybe just 1 out of many. Maybe not.

EDIT:
Ticket system does not seem to be monitored, Email moved things forward. A metal spring in the shifter needed some reinforcement and the micro switch works again.

DO NOT PRE-ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I pre-ordered a wheel on the 29-06-2022 with an expected dispatch date of 15-08-2022. (ORD02627)

Friday 19th still no update, tracking nuber or communication.

I week later still no communication as to the delay.

2 weeks later I contact Simplace they still have no idea.

3 weeks later I'm asked which colour I want (even though I already pre-order). I am told I will be contacted with tracking number asap.

Week 4 still no traking number so I ask for cancellation which I'm told I cant have because the parcel has been sent. (what happened to informing me?)

Week 5 Royal Mail have returned the parcel due to address incorrectly labeled.

Nearly 3 months wasted.

I will be contacting Paypal for a refund.

Delightful Service

Great communication and super fast and reasonably priced shipping to the US. I needed a standalone monitor stand for my rig and none of the retailers in the US offered what I was looking for. Simplace came to the rescue. I placed an order on Friday and to my great surprise the following Monday the package arrived at my house. Highly recommend these people, they are friendly and wonderful to work with. Thanks you!

WARNING: SIMPLACE SEEMS TO HAVE HUGE FINANCIAL PROBLEMS - NEVER EVER ORDER THERE!

Due to a unexpected much longer delay for a stock arrival of my pre-ordered item I did cancel my order and asked for refund.

I have been waiting for my refund via PayPal for almost 2 MONTHS now. The seller has already submitted it to PayPal 3 Times and all 3 times it was not approved by his bank because the account was not funded.
The PayPal buyer protection had to go to the next higher instance to debit the seller's account, which means an even longer wait for me.

Personally, I find it ridicoulous, impertinent and highly unprofessional that the seller has no money in his bank, which he uses in connection with his PayPal account. This is surely also the reason for the high fees they charge for payment via PayPal. This makes the company even less trustworthy than it already is.

DO NOT ORDER AT SIMPLACE! For me it was the first and last time!

ALSO - DO NOT GET FOOLED by the POSITIV COMMENTS here on Trustpilot. They are fake, sinde the names of the "customers" are the same that answer you when you contact their support!

We are unfortunate to hear you have encountered a bad experience with us.
My colleague is writing you an email as we speak including the evidence that the refund has been sent to your Paypal account. In our Paypal system we could see that your refund was cancelled indeed 3 times by Paypal themselves, however, this had nothing to do with the fact that we do not have any funds in our account. Payment processes are unfortunately out of our control and we can't speed up a process like a refund or cancellation of payment since this is in the hands of Paypal.
At the time of this happening we even have had contact with Paypal since they told us that they where doing a security check, due to this the refund was automatically being cancelled by Paypal.

We also do not charge any fees anymore, fees are being charged normally due to the fact Paypal is charging us 2-3% per transaction for us using there payment system. This has nothing to do with our company having no funds/money on our account.

I am very sorry for this and for the fact it took so long for your money to be on your account especially since this is something out of our control.

Regarding all our reviews, we can't "fake" this as you stated... Due to Truspilot strict review system there is no way to fake a review, review requests are being send by the system itself or by our customer service team, after a review is being place by one of our customers, the review is first being checked by Trustpilot on IP address, name, order number, etc. to determine the legitimacy of the review. With this being said, it is simply impossible to "fake" reviews on Trustpilot due to it's algorithm.

Once again Damien, our apologies from the whole team, we are very upset since it's something we didn't have any control over and I'm sorry you are the first person that it happened to.

Goede ervaring. Kwam wat voor met verkeerde prijzen echter samen in overleg uitgekomen. Klantenservice reageert snel. Voor vragen kan je altijd terecht bij ze en ze zijn geinteresseerd naar je mening.

very good service

very good service, fast ordering and the package was sent quickly. Along the way, I became concerned that the package was missing, so I contacted customer service. Here I received a quick response and good help. The package also finally arrived.

BIGGEST Scam!

Triple Monitor Mount gekauft, werben überall damit das angeblich innerhalb von 1-3 Tagen das Produkt ankommt.
Knapp 2 Wochen später versandtbestätigungsmail bekommen ohne Tracking link. Es hieß es sei ein „Bug“ und das Produkt ist erst naechste Woche lieferbar. Habe die bestellung gecanceld. Warte bis heute auf meine Rückzahlung (4 Wochen her)

However, during your ordering process we notified you on time that the items you purchased where delayed due to them being out of stock. However, on the 3rd of August your order was shipped to your address (see the shipping confirmation email) and you placed your order on the 28th of July. A minor delay of 2 days which we notified you about.

Absolutely terrible…

Absolutely terrible experience,cancelled an order,was issued a refund that then failed,wheel arrived to me still anyway,refusing then to to give me my money back after failed refund through PayPal ,but saying I have to go through another company totally different to simplace,how on earth do you buy a product from a company,then when it goes wrong,say OOO It’s not us you need to deal with another company who I knew of no involvement in the transaction are responsible.AVOID this guy,many more professional companies out their that supply simgear,puresims ,demon tweaks ,digital motorsport to say but a few,simplace have many negative reviews,and edge their bets,do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Great company

Great company - my wheel arrived very quickly and was perfect. The staff are brilliant- so helpful and friendly. I’ve bought two wheels from this company and will be definitely using them again - 5 stars all the way

Excelent Customer service and…

Excelent Customer service and eficiency.

Made my first Simplace purchase two weeks ago for a Monitor Mount that was in stock, customer suport informed me of the shipping date after i questioned them by e-mail, product shipped on time and arrived earlier than expected. Product boxed in a very professional way wich allowed it to arrive damage free.

Highly recommended, will definatly purchase here again!

does it even show up one day?

well i ordered a wheel on the 22 of may still nothing (today is 27 of june)
just empty excusses and nothing. at this point not even sure if its gonna show up or if i just got scammed.......
tried to change wheel aswell to get it faster when he told me this would be a shorter wait... i dont know tbh.

Update Simplace reached out to me and apologized and gave me a tracking number so finally got my wheel. They ensured me this wasn’t normal and gave me a 35€ voucher so just to test I did another order wich now after 2 weeks isn’t sent it said in stock on website. They haven’t even bothered to reach out to me about it. So after they I got a voucher and a promise this isn’t how they do business and hoped I would give them re-review I’m sorry to say once is maybe bad luck twice in a row isnt they was also supposed to refund me 45€ wich they haven’t done either. So I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
