Simply benauge hygiène douteuse.

Simply benauge laisse quotidiennement des produits périmés dans ses rayons ,on mange de la viande à 25/100 mais périmés,bravo Auchan et sa politique anti gaspillage, à 25/100 au dernier jour consommable,et ensuite poubelle où revendu périmés à 25/100.Bravo avec ce tour de passpass encore plus de profil et plus de gaspillage,vive Auchan le magicien.

So big, they make you gag!

I purchased 2 bottles of 180 pills recently. They are SO large, we can barely swallow them, and they make us gag each time. I tried breaking them in half, which made it worse, as they got stuck in my throat each time, as they were now square, and I nearly choked. I don't know why Simply Supplements have made these pills so large. It is entirely unnecessary. They don't have to do this, and it just makes them unbearable to take. My husband has now given up, and I won't be far behind him!!

The size of these tablets are large my wife cut one in half and it went down the wrong way into her window pipe and lodged there it has taken a operation at hospital to remove it god only knows what would have happened if she had taken the full size pill 💊 she is still in hospital recovering

pas reçu les produits commandé.

la commande passée et encaissée il m'a été livré d'autres produits que ceux commandés et au lieu de me dire que l'entreprise allait me faire parvenir les bons produits ils me disent de contacter simply supplements (voir leur réponse) mais bien sur que je l'ai déja fait 2 fois aujourd'hui et pas de réponse j'ai déja essayé de les joindre il y a plusieurs mois pour une réduction qui n'est pas passé mais aucune réponse donc j'attends 24 heures avant poursuites.cela ne fait que commencer.

This company give excellent post sales customer service. After a few years of receiving a product, It was replaced with one which was not the same, and unusable, being too large to swallow. I contacted them and they replaced with a different batch, without charge and without any real quibbles. All emails were responded to promptly, and whatever they said they would do, they did it. Nothing was too much trouble.

Hi on my last order dated 15/12/2023, if you look into my order i should have received quantity 2 of Siberian Ginseng 2000 mg code E387, only received 1 hence at this point in time am having to replace the order E387, looking at my invoice i was charged in full.
I have been a long time customer yours and never had any problems

Your previous order dated 23.07.24 there was just the 1 bottle of 180 Siberian Ginseng (E387) sent to you which was charged at the correct amount for half the usual quantity sent to you.

A customer service agent literally…

A customer service agent literally called me to be rude! Even after explaining why, wont be re ordering again when I do run out will be going elsewhere, after ignoring emails, called yesterday after they took money again even though they weren't meant to, advisor then calls back again today with a horrible attitude and rude comments.

Constant issues with subscribe and save.

Have been constantly sent my subscribe and save too early and despite being in regular contact with SS they still manage to get it wrong, this has been going on for nearly 2 years now. Final straw was this week when they re-delivered my evening primrose, I use 2 of these per day and still have 270 left…
10 years our family have been customers…not anymore .

Disappointing quality change

The change to uncoated and larger size makes them so difficult to swallow. This change was not noted or published, so you are unaware of this change that affects consumption.
Very disappointed after years of buying the original quality tablets that worked so well.

share my bad experience

I wanted to share my recent experience with Simple Supplement to alert fellow consumers. I placed an order over a week ago and received absolutely no communication or updates about its status. Concerned, I called their customer service only to be abruptly informed that my order had been canceled—without any prior notice or explanation.

The frustration didn't end there. My credit card shows that the payment has already been deducted, but when I contacted Simple Supplement about a refund, they directed me to take it up with my bank instead of addressing the issue themselves. To make matters worse, the bank's customer service was extremely impatient and unhelpful.

This kind of irresponsible service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Customers deserve transparent communication and proper assistance, especially when it involves financial transactions. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions when considering Simple Supplement.

I wouldnt buy it unless you want hairs.

I have bought a few tubs of different tablets. I opened my multivitamins and there is a hair imbedded in the tablet that pokes out. I wish I could attach a picture 📸!!!!! Makes you wonder where and how they are made !

Did not lower my cholesterol levels, maybe because the dosage in this supplement is very low at 100mg.

Difficult to swallow.

The size of these tablets has changed, they are bigger and now have square edges not rounded and the surface is not as smooth as before. My wife finds them difficult to swallow and wants me to replace them with another make.

Ho ricevuto oggi in modo celere 2 confezioni omega 3 e 2 confezioni immunity support vitamina c d e zinco. Nulla di negativo per omega 3. Per immunity support purtroppo la scadenza di ambedue è agosto 2024. Contengono 60 capsule cadauna dose consigliata 1 al giorno. Saro' costretto a regalare o buttare. Forse per questo erano scontate. Proposta scorretta
