My order went in and i received an email from the courier saying they were expecting my parcel from SS, after 4 days i emailed SS asking where were my tablets to the reply was, so sorry you couldn't locate your delivery after looking around your property. I replied they were never delivered nor attempted because the courier never received them for delivery. Poor costumer care and if you are fobbing off a customer at least get the story correct. I will not use this company again and staff need training.

The Creatine Monohydrate tablets are HUGE, even when split in half. I found it impossible to swallow them, so resulted to grinding them up into a fine powder and mixing with water/milk, which tasted NASTY. Will definitely not be repurchasing.

If they have delays in their stock (or presumably in delivery), they will not honour it.
Updated to factor in their response: As detailed above, you did indeed meet the literal definition as supplied in your T&Cs. I am simply warning people that shipping delays due to stock etc does cut down that window.
I have already spoken to your customer service prior to writing this review.

Good product, swift delivery.
I have requested that all orders stop as my 95 year old mother is overwhelmed with pills. They said, after several phone conversations and an inquiry, that they have discontinued all orders. BUT my mother has just received an email saying the next order has been despatched. Which means getting in touch yet again to find out what is going on. I hope no further payments have been taken - we shall see . . . Not a good process to be part of. Update: the despatch was a mailbag for returns. The response was quick and helpful. Things are improving, and I am assured everything has been cancelled.

I have shopped with Simply Supplements many times for my dogs cod liver tablets. Thank you for being understanding and supportive in a very difficult time for my family and I. If we decide to get another dog in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with you again.
Curcumin C3 Complex 12,000mg (Turmeric) Capsules can "exacerbate" gout and will lead to attacks especially feet and nothing helps until you get colchicine plus other drugs to help out please understand it is NOT "Curcumin C3 Complex®" and BioPerine® it is whatever else that is there me feeling clever bought 4 bottles as was being lead to believe by simplysupplements.co.uk via email that it is safe NOT SAFE

I thought it was too good to be true, paying half price for these. I ordered two bottles at the cheaper price, but on receipt found they have a short shelf life which means I won't have finished them before the use by date. I think a note should be added to advise they have a short shelf life, I'm sure I've seen that on other products on the website. Disappointing and wasted money.

I have used simplysups for a good few years now The quality and prices are excellent. I noticed that the prices have gone up but EVERYTHING has. Yes, some of the tablet are huge but when I phoned them to ask if they do a smaller tab they offered me a pill cutter which arrived in the post a couple of days later. It worked well. The staff are amazing and well trained
I have been a customer previously with no problems. Recently however, I received my order very short expiration dates on the Cranberry tablets. I had ordered three pots to qualify for free delivery with a £20 + spend. There was no short expiry date identified at this time. After receipt and my subsequent complaint to Simply Supplements that there was no way of using these before the BBF date of less than 8 weeks. The reply was dismissive. The product had been further discounted the day after my order and only then was it clear that they were of a very short date. I requested a refund of the higher cost difference I had paid. This was refused. A refund was offered on unopened pots but when I enquired how much that would be, I was told that it would be decided when they had received them. Really!!
I would be out of pocket no doubt as I had to pay to return them so that’s that then. No effort to keep a customer happy. Oh and also they use bulking agents ++ Some other of their supplement tablets are so big and difficult to swallow.
One customer here you have now lost. Goodbye Simply Supplements

I use simply supplements all the time you won’t find better 100 % the best in every way …. I don’t usually leave feedback but in this case I felt compelled bless you …
Running out of stock so now going to re-book some items , prices have gone up and 1 item is not available
how ever the company still is offering good service and hope fully the promotions get better and arrive for christmas ,
