I got my platinum white Betta from Sims. He came today looking very healthy. I have to say Jimmy was super helpful during the process especially as I was super fussy about which one I got! Thank you Jimmy!

Great customer service, supplier made a mistake with my order, when I phoned Sims they rectified this and went above and beyond to get it sorted. Would definitely recommend.

Used the live auction again to buy Rams, Corydorys, angel fish and keyhole cichlids. local fish shop wanted £20 per ram at 2cm. obtained 6 x rams for £30 at 3cm. fish come in well secured bags of water and in heated insulated boxes. delivery was perfect and communication with Sims regarding another order of sword tails being added to my order last minute was so easy a quick. great value for money and good quality fish.

Many years ago I had my own very popular aquatic centre everything from goldfish to nurse sharks octopus and turtles. I wrote for fish keeping magazines and lent fish out to tv and movie studios. This is the first time I have come across a genuine quality supplier in years. Jimmy was very helpful through the whole process, listened, cared about the quality of the fish and went above and beyond for me. I had some issues with the quality of the Koi I received and unfortunately some had died. I contacted Jimmy who sorted the issues out quickly and professionally.

Don't buy fish from Sims. They will send you fish that look NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES.

I have used them twice in the past. the first fish was a kamfamalua flowerhorn, it had NO kok..hard headed gene.. should have been culled by the breeders.

Second order was two fish; a golden base flowerhorn which arrived in a bag that all the water had leaked out of. How he's still alive and healthy in my tank right now, god only knows. And an avatar galaxy Betta fish. The fish in the photo was your typical avatar galaxy Betta fish, £50!! What I received was an entirely blue avatar Betta of around 2 inches in length with a bad case of diamond eye. So thanks Sims for sending me several fish with shitty genetics, won't be using you again. Bunch of scammers.

First time we have used we brought a flowerhorn ,which was delivered on time ,well packaged and wow the flowerhorn was better than the description,very healthy and eating within hours ,very happy with this service A++++

I ordered some torpedo barbs from sims tropical fish and I must say the customer service was extraordinary. I was kept up to date with when the order would be delivered did not feel as if I was waiting around not knowing what was going on. Great place to order from will definitely be using again!!

I ordered a copper axolotl in april as I had a pink, wildtype and golden one already. Unfortunately a wildtype was sent out. I contacted them and they apologised and said they would send a copper out 14th May. This was delayed by another week as the copper ones were not ready yet but I was assured I would recieve it 21st may. The parcel I recieved 21st may had ANOTHER wildtype. Emails are now being ignored and I've paid for 2 axolotls i did not want. I honestly wouldn't purchase from here if u really want what you are buying because they either do not care what send out or staff are not trained enough to know what is what.

Excellent comms but more importantly the fish was packaged with great care and attention, delivered on the agreed date and was very healthy. I couldn’t ask for more.

Purchased several juvenile koi carp. Great customer service regarding choice and delivery options. The fish arrived safely in a well packaged box on agreed date using a reputable courier. The fish looked healthy, lively and settled very quickly in their new pond. Highly recommended.

I have recently purchased quite a selection of fish from Sims, including some auction fish.
The auctioned fish were a gamble BUT I have received a selection of colours which I may not have selected myself. I am very impressed.
The communication and delivery were spot on too, all fish were very well packaged, arrived healthy, with plenty of padding and heat pads. I could also chose my delivery date.
10/10 service all round and I will be a returning customer!

Well it has to be the people of course!
I was treated like a valued customer and given lots of advice to ensure the successful creation of a community aquarium.
Then the fish are so healthy and beautiful. I definitely made the right choices. The stress they would suffer during transportation was kept to a minimum because of the great packaging.
Jimmy liaised with me in a very friendly manner. I only wish I could order more! How they could improve things? Not possible I’m glad to say. Thank you.

Untrustworthy fish sold in bad shape water fish delivered in stinks like not been cleaned in months. Fish delivered was smaller then advertised fish arriving almost dead

Got my turtle from sims no issues.jimmy is really nice guy and helpful. If I have any issues he always reply’s or gets back to me.
