Sims Tropical Fish Ltd Opiniões

I have used Sims for many years now. They have the largest range, by far, of all of the online aquatic livestock suppliers. The fish i receive are always of excellent quality: good sizes, great eaters, super condition. Their business model seems to work very well.

I must mention one of their service agents, his name is Jimmy. Professional to a fault! Very friendly, exceptionally knowledgable, and draws the perfect line between his professionalism and witty personality. Many thanks for all the years guys and cheers to many more.

Ordered fish for the first time online. I was a bit worried about it all but all my fish arrived super quick and were very healthy. I've been keeping fish for over 10 years and I've got to say I may be converted on the whole buying fish online thing after this experience. I would highly recommend people try these guys out!!

Very good service and everything was sorted quickly, highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Sims Tropical Fish, I would recommend you go to them for all fish related needs !

I have bought twice from
Sims. The A grade fish were superb and arrived promptly. There was a small issue with a few of the 11 fish purchased. Jimmy was keen to resolve and went above and beyond to remedy. I have placed a third order as I was extremely satisfied with the service and koi received. Great pieces, great colours (fed with quality food), quick delivery times and top customer service. Would buy again with confidence .

Sims Tropical Fish has never disappointed us

Absolutely brilliant selection of fish. Came very well packaged.
All the fish i have had are doing really really well. Even when ive had question they have responded and advised.

Will definitely use again.

Great quality fish and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend these guys!

5 stars all day long. After me making a cockup with my order. Customer service instantly responded to resolve my mistake. No hassle , no problem. You don't find that in many places these days. From this day forward Sim Tropical will be my goto fish supplier. Top job . Recommend to anybody wanting aquatics.

Been using Sims for years and they have never disappointed. Will always recommend and will continue to use them.

Easy to use website, fish arrived quickly and healthy. I made a mistake on my order but it was sorted with no problems. I will only be using here for my fish from now on!!

Superb service I was very hesitant to buying livestock online but the service I have received has been superb. Full tracking from order to completion is excellent. Packaging top quality so will certainly be buying more. Thank you guys for a pleasant experience

I cant quite believe that i can get fish through the post! When i first started keeping fish I couldn't have dreamt of receiving any kind of fish in the post but I ordered a Bristlenose Pleco and five Premium Bettas and they came fast and shipped in temperature controlled boxes with everything alive and well. Just amazing thanks again

What the hell!! Not only were the fishes all in great health and condition I felt like there was even no need for isolation in a separate tank when the fishes arrived the water they were in had good parameters slightly on the colder side but perfectly whiting range, a tiny spike of ammonia but only due to the long time with the fish being in there after temp acclimation and then drip acclimation they were moved on to my main display tank and they are super interactive and healthy to make it even better they didn’t have a 30£ Eel that I ordered so they got in touch with me and switched it with a larger 100£ Eel free of charge for me, 🤣🤣 forever suggest Sims Tropical Fish to everyone else in the hobby for the rest of my life they have an option to place a new order and add it to an existing order that’s arriving soon so I always end up ordering more before the delivery date but that’s super convenient method for both us and them 10/10 in every aspect highly recommend 👍🏼👌

Perfect, all fish are healthy and doing well, delivery via DX express, simply lovely

Great service - I was unsure on several points & despite the fact they could have steered me toward a more costly purchase they assisted in ensuring I had the right fish for my needs/wants. Delighted! Happy customer, happy fish!!

from start to finish there was great communication from ordering to delivery. packaged well, fish have arrived looking really healthy. only ordered tuesday evening and arrived thursday morning. over all really please with my koi bettas i received and will 100% use sims tropical fish from now on when buying more

Ordered a full moon pink betta fish, she turned up and is perfect condition, happy , healthy and even comes up to the front of the tank when you walk into the room! Very friendly x although she is red and white, not pink like I ordered, I’m so happy with her and she’s so cute! Thank you sims tropical fish x

I tried several online tropical fish sellers and Sims Tropical Fish has always been the one outclassing its competitors for me.
4 orders already. Each time, fish and invertebrates arrive perfectly conditioned, healthy and free of diseases. I've been less lucky with other sellers or even pet shops. And their customer service is awesome.
The only downside would be the courier company DX, which services are really random. But, unfortunately, they apparently are the only UK courier company habilitated to transport pets.
Of course, this is my own experience. But personally, I will not buy from someone else.
