enkel positieve ervaringen met deze winkel. de bestelling was snel geleverd. er werd bijstand gegeven al voor het verzenden van de bestelling. en ook na de bestelling had ik geen problemen met contact op te nemen met de winkel en werd ik snel en goed geholpen.

De très loin la meilleure boutique pour les Simracers !
Un support client excellent, ils répondent à vos mails à toutes heures ! Très généreux et règle rapidement s'il y a un souci. Expédition extrêmement rapide, je pèse mes mots. Je commande à 21H et à 22h j'ai déjà le numéro de suivi DPPD...
De très loin le meilleur service que j'ai vu depuis très longtemps, des gens passionnés, chaleureux, qui travaillent. Continué ainsi !

Le SAV le plus rapide du far west
Suite à un souci avec mon volant simagic, j'ai contacté Manu, pour un SAV.
Celui-ci m'a répondu dans la journée et après avoir fourni les différentes demandes, il m'a fait parvenir un bon de retour.
À peine le volant réceptionné, la réparation fut faite dans la journée et réexpédiée le jour même avec un très bon suivi de mon colis.
La rapidité, la disponibilité et la sympathie dont a fait preuve Manu fait très plaisir.
Je recommande vivement ce magasin.

J'ai déjà commander 2 ou 3 fois chez Simwear, et vraiment aucuns problèmes jusque maintenant et j'espère que ça va durer. Très bon service, rapide et le service client est très réactif, ça change, alors je vous le dis sérieusement, si vous voulez vous laisser dans le simracing, vous pouvez leur faire confiance.

Competitive Pricing, and quick delivery…
Had an excellent experience with Simwear. Bought Simagic Evo Pro upon release, and simwear had this on stock, unlike some of its competitors that were still waiting to stock up. Placed my order around noon, and saw that Simwear dispatched my order within 30 minutes! Shipping took less than 24 hours! ..and this was an international shipment.. Belgium to Netherlands. I was pleasantly surprised. Furthermore their prices a very competative. If you are in the EU I can wholeheartedly recomend them!
Only complaint I have is that when you google "Simwear" you end up on websites selling ladies swiming gear 😄
