from start to finish, great service, answers within half an hour, which is great, so you want to feel as a customer an authorized seller from Simagic. talked to manu help me with everything they are a bit more expensive if you compare but for the service I got I paid a bit more. great service, everyone got the package in 2 days, so really, really happy and fom has a 2-year warranty, also with EU legislation. I can only recommend simwear.eu continue to have the awesome service for customers it helps companies grow.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Wij zijn zelf naar het simracing center van hun (Digitraqz) geweest voor de beslissing om te kopen te maken en hebben een zeer goede uitleg gekregen! Het simracing center daarnaast is ook uitstekend, zeker een plaats waar we terug naartoe zullen komen en ook voor verdere aankopen weten we waar we zullen bestellen, bij simwear.eu! Een dikke aanrader!

Qu'elle mise en oeuvre pour satisfaire ma commande , bon les intenpéries on pas aider à me rendre au magasin directement , mais le patron à voulu trouver solution rapide et efficace , quitte à ce que j'aille chercher ma commande chez belle maman qui es de la même commune que moi !
On ne vois plus gère cela de nos jours dans les services client ! Rien que pour cela je mettrais même 6 étoiles !!!
Et que dire du lieu même, on à juste envie de ce pausser sur le simu , ou au bar , ou dans l'espace détente et ne plus sortir du magasin :) ....
Puis cela nous piques les yeux dès l'entré dans le shop car les produits sont en vitrine , attention donc pour votre coeur aussi :) :)
Mille merci Simwear , et ( pas à très vite :p ) à bientôt pour mes prochains achat futur

Simwear.eu, what can i say i ordered a Sim Magic alpha mini, with gt4 wheel. it came in 2 Work days really quick delivery! love it. I used it for 2 days until i had a issue where my Wheel couldnt connect properly so i mailed the Team and thats when i learnt about Manu, this guy was really helpful and we set up a call where he could help me, and he fixed it in 10 min for me, thats what i call service. So to Manu and the whole Simwear.eu thanks for your nice products, and for being nice people.
I CAN ONLY RECCOMEND THESE PEOPLE!

Unbeatable customer service!
There was a slight issue with the wrong courier picking up my order but Manu sorted this issue out for me and was responding to me very promptly, this customer service is what every company needs, wasn't worried for a second thanks to the service.

Very helpful and prompt delivery. Had a small issue with the order but they resolved it immediately. Will definitly be buying from them again in the future. Bought the simagic alpha mini gt4 carbon bundle and couldn't be happier. 5/5 service

Super goede service :) Zeer goede kwaliteit, mijn vriend is heel tevreden. Hij heeft er al veel gebruik van gemaakt. We hebben dit een jaar geleden aangekocht en het werkt nog steeds perfect.

Nice company
Nice to deal with Kevin. It’s is a serious man and a nice man and is always ready to help. Have a delay with a order because of the shipping company and Kevin resolved the issue and it’s a issue of the shipping company. Buy a simagic alpha and a gt4 wheel and a extra quick release from it and for sure when i need something more I will buy again and I will recommend simwear.

Contact très facile et très sympathique, de très conseil et qui prend le temps d'expliquer. Livraison du matériel dans un délai rapide également. Je commanderai à nouveau chez Kevin, le jour où je changerai de matériel de simracing !
