To be very honest, for embroidery machines, sewing machines and knitting machines, I wouldn't go anywhere else, and the process and timing being delivered in France took just 3 days. Letters take longer than that..

Ordered a machine foot control which was soon emailed as shipped, waited a week and it still hadn't arrived. Checked site and it was marked as out of stock, when I queried this I was told that ' currently with our Royal Mail system we need to print a shipping label (which sends you confirmation your order is shipped) to prevent causing a backlog with our orders'. ridiculous! Asked for a refund which I received today 2 weeks after requesting it, 3 weeks after ordering. Never known any company with these stupid policies where you have to wait weeks to be refunded for an out of stock item. Slow replies, none over the weekend. A company in desperate need of modernisation.
