I wasn't super thrilled with the test results since I had the vile filled exactly as instructed and the online nurse told me it was fine yet when I got my results back some tests couldn't be done because of not enough specimen. What is really causing me to write this review is SiPhox continues to try and bill my card for $149.My online portal shows no current plans. I have been trying to email to get it figured out and just keep getting told they are working on it. Phone calls only lead to leaving a voice mail or they are currently closed and no one ever calls back. This feels like an obvious scam to me. My only option was to cancel my current card number.

Very deceptive practices. They claim for 99$ plus shipping you can get blood work done. Then AFTER they've taken your 100$ plus shipping they basically attempt to shoehorn you into spending a minimum of 125$ more. VERY SHADY. They claim you don't have to but I didn't see any easy way to do that. Not the kind of company I wanna do business with

The process is pretty easy. I chose the DIY at home blood test. Remember to follow the directions PRECISELY, including tapping the device and hydrating, because the blood will begin coagulating with a slow flow.

The assessment was delivered timely and was very detailed.

I am on week three and still waiting for lab results. Every time I contact customer support they say it has been expedited or will get back with me. Now I am reading some people don’t even get all their results. This is ridiculous.

LOVE this idea, the blood draw, and the ease of use. Advice is to use the online live call on the first try. Once you have it down, it works well. Getting your results is slow - more than 2 weeks. So, if you need your results quickly, just go get your blood drawn. For convenience, ease, and trend monitoring (with no urgency to view results), Siphox is great!

The process as a whole was very simple and the guidance given by Billie helped me feel confident. Had a bit of a reaction to the second draw but nowhere near the reaction to traditional blood draws.

Very glad to have an alternative to IV blood draw.
