Very helpful and easy to understand!

Genuinely impressed by the level of customer service! Eni was patient, warm, and friendly and walked me through the process with levity. Very simple and easy process, but extremely thankful to have had someone walk me through it - and very glad they were so kind!

Honestly, before testing with SiPhox, I never really paid much attention to my health. I always thought things like tiredness, hormonal changes, low energy, skin issues, mood swings, etc. were just “normal” and something every girl goes through.

A few months ago, though, I started feeling noticeably worse and finally decided to do some medical testing through my doctor. The results showed that a few things were off, but the experience honestly left me a bit disappointed because I didn’t get much explanation or guidance on what actually to do next.

I decided to do another analysis with the SiPhox Ultimate Kit. What surprised me was that the results were very similar to the ones from my doctor, which made me trust the testing even more. But the biggest difference was everything that came after.

Pika, the health expert, didn’t just send generic advice. She took the time to explain the results in a way that actually made sense and created a detailed plan tailored specifically to me and my lifestyle.

Also, Ajda from customer support was amazing throughout the whole process and super responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. Everything felt very personal and human, not like you’re just another customer.

After a month, I’ve already started noticing positive changes in my energy and overall well-being, and I’m honestly excited to do another analysis in a few months to see how much the results improve on paper, too.

The fact that you can do everything from home, without driving anywhere or adjusting your schedule to clinics and appointments, makes the whole process incredibly easy and convenient. They adapt to you, not the other way around. Everything was fast, smooth, and surprisingly affordable for the level of support you get.

Zana was great! I was a bit apprehensive about doing my blood collection, but she walked me through it, shared a few suggestions, and put my mind at ease:)!!

Very easy process

I liked Barbara's courteous manner. What I didn't like was the wait time, 15 minutes, on my call before Barbara answered. I have a doctors Apt so I've got to do this and get on the road. So I proceeded to to apply the blood draw aparatus on my are and fill the tube. By the time Barbara came on the Zoom camera, I was putting the cap on the tube. Barbara was very helpful instructing me how to package up my blood vile for Fed Ex. Thank You Barb! Somewhere you should advise us the phone call is not instantaneous!!! There's a wait!!!

I was a bit nervous to get started and getting a wonderful and immediate response. Thanks so much for being there as my first draw went flawlessly and painlessly.

Absolutely terrible. I did a blood test it took a month to get my results. Then I did an allergy test over a month ago still haven’t received my results. Very unprofessional , when you have people bloodwork… I am going to give bad reviews because there is ZERO customer service and absolutely no follow up. You should be asahamed.. you are dealing with people blood work and private information. Wow. Totally ridiculous…

Marija was very kind and patient while explaining how to take the blood test. She walked me through the entire process and even cheered me on.

Michael was very informative, and encouraging. He walked me through my test results one-by-one, and was very attentive to the questions I had. He stayed on the call longer than the allotted time, and provided me with a great follow-up report. I appreciated his offer to answer my questions after our session was over. Overall it was a positive experience talking with him.

All my questions were answered. And I received great insight into my health issues. This is a great organization, trustworthy and professional.

Overall Great Experience but there is room for improvement. The ranges exported in the CSV file did not match the ranges defined on the web site. The sampling experience was fine. With 3 samples I had 1 that was too low, one over filled and one that was just right. I was concerned it wouldn't be enough but somehow it turned out fine. The insights are great and I'm still processing all of the data provided. Would like some additional support for supplementation. Many vitamin levels were not measured.

Collecting my blood and getting my sample was very easy to do. The instructions and the procedure were both painless. I got my results quickly, which was about one week most of it made sense although there were a couple of surprises the best part was meeting with a coach afterwards. The coach, Pika, was a joy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She told me what things I didn’t need to worry about and where I needed to tweak some things. She also wanted to know what was going in my life the week leading up to the test, which may have influenced the results in my case. It was very relevant so I may have some anomalies. Pika gave me some very realistic and attainable things. I should add modify and change. I am taking her advice and look forward to my next set of results.

She was great! I usually pass out during blood draws but this was awesome. Will definitely be doing again

I have left you repeated messages about the test kits you keep sending me and you have never responded. This is pretty bad.

Usually, a company wants to avoid waste and be profitable. I guess yours is the exception.

Please tell me why you have sent me two additional kits and what I should do with them

My representative was wonderful ,, it was early in the morning, and she was very nice and cheerful
There weren’t any alcohol pads in my kit and the water water pack that was to warm. My hands never worked, and she was very good at improvising and telling me other ways to do it.
