Simple, effortless, and almost, dare I say, enjoyable!
Renata was amazing. This was my first SiPhox test, so I had to do the live assistance. Renata came on with a smiling face, very positive attitude, and made the entire experience effortless. The collection happened painlessly and quickly, and the entire process took less than 30min (3 vials). 10/10, so far very happy with my purchase/investment!

Una was very knowledgeable and gave clear instructions which were helpful in getting a good outcome. She made the process almost enjoyable, if poking yourself at 7am to draw blood could ever be enjoyable, lol.
