Seamless Process
It was a seamless process to get this at home kit and bloodwork processed. The live support was excellent. The results and reporting was clear, concise and helpful. My one question was replied to and answered promptly by customer support. I hope they expand on their offerings as this is a great way to monitor bloodwork in our own!

Live collection specialist made this a breeze even for vasovagal person like me!
Live collection specialist was incredibly helpful and thorough. As someone with previous vasovagal/fainting episodes with doing blood labs, I was nervous. It's actually extremely painless and easy--by far the most smooth process even than any finger-pricking that I've ever done. I would 100% do again and am excited to now manage my labs this way moving forward instead of going into a traditional lab.

Very easy to take blood test, working great!
I am 70 years old woman.I have problem with blood tests and very afraid to do this.But Pavel was on video with me and I did it nice and very easy, without any pain at all . All test equipment is very good, it has hot pad ,so blood fill very easy . I feel good and will repeat it ,because I try to became in good health and need to see all analysis.Thank you very much, I recommend this kit to my friends in pool. Eni was a really great help with my 1st…
Eni was a really great help with my 1st testing kit! The instructions in the kit are easy to follow, however talking to a live person the 1st time is much needed! I had some questions and she set my mind at ease! Being able to test on my time was awesome, I did mine at 6am and was finished before the closest testing facility was open! Can't wait to see my results!

Take Control of My Health
I love being able to take control of my own health. Being able to test in the comfort of my home makes it more likely that I will continue to test regularly. I loved participating in a live coaching session. This has given more insight into my help and I now have concrete steps to follow to help improve my health.

Confident and Patient Instruction Made It Easy
Emilia was patient and confident as she walked me through my first at-home blood test. Her smile and warmth along with her detailed instructions were great. It was very easy to complete the test at home.

It was super easy. I loved the at-home do-it-youself blood draw. The results were clear, came quickly to my phone app. The AI tool is awesome, answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

I had my first blood self-withdrawal…
I had my first blood self-withdrawal with the support of Emilija. I waited for weeks before calling them as I was kind of scared ... but at the end Emilija answered immediatelly at the video call and guided me step by step and it was really super easy with ZERO pain ! A very unnoticeable pinch, that's all! I'll definitely try different tests with them

Having Stefanija guiding me through the blood collection process was very helpful. She professionally guided me through each step of the process, answering all my questions. My first experience
When I first received the box with all the items in it i immediately felt overwhelmed. I almost said never mind. However the call with Emilia was awesome, she took me through step by step and it was so easy. I will be taking more tests in the future I’m sure. Thank u for a great product.

Admittedly been a while
Admittedly, my last blood draw at a clinic was four years ago. The ease of doing this at home test was much needed and well-timed. There are several things reflected in my blood work that I have been feeling physically and I will be starting with the recommendations to improve these markers and will retest in four months hoping to see my outside efforts affecting my inside progress, I would definitely recommend. Keeping track of what’s going on in the inside is a big deal when just a few little daily changes can affect how you feel on overall.
