We hadden te maken met een SiteSearch time out. Bleek uiteindelijk dat ze zelf een indexering fout hebben gemaakt. Heeft meer dan 48 uur geduurd om het te fixen. Ondertussen hele slechte bereikbaarheid, slechte communicatie ("We weten het niet, dus wacht maar gewoon") en hele slechte service. Ook geen excuses voor de omstandigheden.

Ik zou iedereen afraden om met deze partij samen te werken!

Every software is only as good as the service when facing some troubles. I had two major design problems, which got fixed by two helpful service people within a few hours and the bigger one in a few days. The software is not cheap when having a lot of traffic on your page, but I can recommend it, because there are actually real people helping you when facing a problem and not bots that point out to help pages. All the details about result managing and analytics are great to get the best results for your customers and to get new ideas of what people are looking for.

Seit Oktober 2024 versuche ich, die Suchfunktion zu integrieren. Statt jedoch eine für meine Kunden nutzbare Suche zu erhalten, habe ich nur Programmierer bezahlt, in 360 Search und Seitsearch investiert und keinerlei Gegenleistung erhalten – reine Zeit- und Geldverschwendung. Es ist bedauerlich, dass der Support mangelhaft ist und mir keinerlei Unterstützung angeboten wird. Ich kann die Suche nicht empfehlen und kündige hiermit den Auftrag.
