It is SUPER easy to use. I would give it 5 stars but ran into a miner issue with an error message appearing on my website.

Tech support has been VERY responsive. If they resolve it all, I would give this product 5 stars.

I moved from the free version to the paid version in 3 days because it works so well.

I highly recommend it.

Awesome platform and an almost seamless integration with our Lightspeed shop. Some settings are difficult to understand. I suggest adding a few examples per setting to really understand what you're tweaking.

But that's just optimizing and a few settings that were hard to understand for me. Initial setup was a breeze. Easy, fast and within minutes Search360 was online and working better than most.

I have been using the Google custom search tool for a lot of time but I found out that almost all the results were ads. The tool seems a bit abandoned by the way.

Then I found Site Search 360. After a week of trying things, I decided to subscribe and install their search control everywhere on my site.

Not only it is convenient and handy for my visitors and customers but it also provides valuable information about what people are actually looking for.

Knowing what people are looking for allows me to write the right stuff and leverage my support.

I have a very old website and have used various iterations of Google Search since it was first made available for free. Early on, it was both a good internal search engine and a good source of income. However, over the last few years, the income has vaporized and the site search function (now called Google Custom Search) is pretty much useless, as ads and links to other websites dominate the results... my own site links don't even appear till the second page making it nonproductive.

I discovered Site Search 360 after doing a comprehensive search for alternatives to Google's site search. Most are quite expensive, but I think Site Search 360 is very reasonably priced. Once configured, it works seamlessly, and even their lowest priced plan is very user friendly. I could not recommend it more highly for anyone with a website that can't afford Google Custom search but has a site large enough that it can benefit from this great internal search engine.

We are very happy with the Site Search 360 performance, flexibility and capabilities. The set-up was quite simple, it has very intuitive dashboards and useful reports plus their support is amazing!

I have been looking for a while for a searching software solution for my unusual Wordpress multisite environment (more than 15 e-commerce stores that need to be connected). When I came across SS360 I was very glad to see all the functionalities they offer.

For a person with limited technical knowledge their sitesearch is easy to implement and then fine tune to your own requirements.

Overall I am very pleased with the product and the great customer service that I get with the implementation of SS360.

By great customer service I mean wonderful help even if you didn't subscribed yet for one of their plans. It is rare to find a company who are so willing to help in this way.

Beside the great product this is one of the reasons I took a subscription. You definitely get the feeling that they are always there for you if there is any problem with your custom setup configuration.

Great App to do a site search

Try the rest, or simply save time and use the best site search option out there. Completely customizable with cross-domain search, options to work with and/or without Wordpress. Customer service is fast, friendly and thorough.

Use this instead of the standard Weebly search. So much better!

Site Search 360 has been greatly helpful and with such great customer support by Abbie. She has been quickly responsive and did everything to explain and educate on the questions I have.

Excellent and Accurate custom search engine and WordPress plugin. I have worked with them for a year or so, always delivered excellent search results and customer support.

I will continue to use them on client sites who value internal search and the benefits it brings.

Easy to install and very powerful system to replace the default WordPress search. After trying several website search solutions, this is the best.

SiteSearch360 is head and shoulders better than the built-in site search we had used for 15 years for our domain. While we never had complaints or comments regarding our defunct old site search, I am actually now looking for compliments. SiteSearch360 is both user-friendly and it enhances our site in ways that I cannot even imagine. For starters, foreign readers can now get search results for PDF files, in their own language, and that's something we never had before. SiteSearch360 support is awesome. So far we are completely satisfied and happy with our choice of Site Search360.

I have used both the trial version and the paid version for a few months and I am very satisfied. Best in price, support and efficiency of search.

This search tool is easy to implement, looks great, and has excellent support. I had tried several search tools, some installed locally and some external, and ran into roadblocks with every one of them that prevented implementation. I had a few questions on this product before starting, and they were answered promptly, allowing me to get this working within 30 minutes. The customizability of the look and feel and search details and filters is very good.

I give 4 stars instead of five because there were some problems in the beginning with the searches but I must say I am very much impressed with the service. Every issue that came up was resolved either immediately or within a few days even some features that are not standard were build in. Everything works without problems now.

Service and product is simply OUTSTANDING! When I ask one of my stupid questions - I get a instant response with a solution! Now, what could be easier? Thank you Search 360.

I use it since a few weeks on my site. The products had some issues in the start but all my comments were processed quickly and it seems to work perfectly now
