Very good product - I would recommend it for website owners looking for professional on-site search functionality. It's pretty easy to get running if you are reasonably tech-literate (html, css, a little js knowledge). Best of all though is the truly excellent support. I have called on them 3 or 4 times over the last few months and they have always solved the issue quickly and thoroughly.

Amazing support and help with our setup, they did most of the work for us. They did testing, setup categories, and custom designed the look and feel of our search to fit our site for free. We are now a loyal customer and their search has really helped us out with giving us better results and more options than we ever thought we could get at the $194 USD per month price range. Most other 3rd party search providers want $300 upwards per month.
We would be lost without SiteSearch360 and what it has done for our business has just be outstanding. Thank you SS360!

Site Search 360 were recommended to us by Wix.com to provide me with a search facility’s for my trades register website alllocaltrades4u.com which I had created.
I contacted them and I now have a site search installed and they are working on a alternative to search for a trader in a specific town within my register.
The whole process as so far been fairly simple but not having any coding skills myself they offered to insert the site search to my website for me.
I would thoroughly recommended this company to anyone that needs help with search options they were very helpful and only to pleased to do it for me.

Very easy configuration, lots of style options and most important excellent support that is quick to respond. The search functions are impressive, results come back extremely fast and the indexing was fairly quick considering it was thousands of pages. Tweaking the settings resulted in excellent matches in results. I chose to try SiteSearch360 because their documentation, pricing and help files were all available on their site before I signed up. They were also the only search service that came up when googling specifically for one that worked with Joomla. I was excited to learn they could index a staging site that was behind 'locked doors'. So thankful we did not need to wait for the site to go live in order to test the search functions. I signed up for the free 2 week trial, realized this was a fantastic service in a very short time and hoped the site owners would be equally impressed. They were! We signed up to keep the service at Batman level and I am quite confident this service will indeed increase conversion and sales.

I can't believe I got such an incredible resource for my company for so little effort on my part. special thanks to the incredible developers David Urbansky and Jaroslav Vaňkát for the extra help in giving my site the most beautiful search and search results imaginable for my eCommerce store. As someone who was using google custom search on my website, I found myself looking around for a solution to replace when Google discontinued what had been an excellent service. After a great deal of research I settled on Site Search 360. I was motivated by three factors. Firstly, the cost, their solution is the one that is most in line with the price of Google's custom search. This was important to me because my site is a resource site so I had to keep the cost to a minimum. Secondly, the attractiveness of their offering, which I think aesthetically is much nicer than many of the competitors. Finally, was the ease of integration and, most important, the ease of use for my site users. Site Search 360 scored on both points. Their support, even on the free version, was second to none, they were there to help at 9pm on a Friday night and responded to my emails immediately for the best part of an hour. I have now upgraded to the paid version and am extremely pleased with the results and with the reporting insights that I get from my dashboard. A great product and a genuinely customer focused company. Highly recommended. One last point, which was of concern to me. I was worried that adding this would result in my website load time slowing down. However, having carefully monitored it as I added 360 to my website (doing a before and after test on several pages) I was impressed to see that their search box actually led to quite a decrease in load time on the Pingdom speed test, so my website actually loaded faster!

I had been using Google's search bar for years, but it was awful. I happened to get an email from Site Search 360, so I did a trial of their search feature. I'm not a web designer, so I needed a little help getting started. But they made the process really easy. I immediately realized what a fantastic feature it is. I love that I can see exactly what people are searching for! That in itself is worth it. The search feature has doubled my page views, which resulted in tripling my earnings on the site! Every time I email a question, I get a response within minutes. I highly recommend Site Search 360!

David was excellent! He was very helpful going above and beyond! He could have given up saying "I dont use that program to build websites" but continued to help until I was satisfied. So far my search looks great and we have paid for a subscription well before our trial period was up! Thanks for a great experience.
