Michael was very helpful throughout the whole process of getting my car and when it was time to collect. the process took no longer than half an hour Which was great. And all staff there were so polite and helpful.

The team at S James Prestige are fantastic. From the initial interest in a car they were more than happy to help, responsive to emails and WhatsApp and able to give other options when the car I enquired about sold. I purchased my i4 through them and they were very accommodating with the pick up as I had travelled 120+ miles. The package they put together with facelift kits, ceramic coating etc was second to none. My tints were missed off the order (because they threw it in for free with my package!) and they went above and beyond to have them fitted 10 minutes from my house. A great team, it will definitely be the first place I check when I look for my next car. Thanks!

I bought my BMW online last week. I travelled in the train to pick it up and everything was set up and waiting for me perfectly. The car is amazing, and the service from the garage particularly Natalie who I dealt with through the whole process was fantastic, informative, had great communication and an all round pleasure to deal with. I would recommend to anyone!!!

Bought an I4 from SJames prestige this weekend and had a fantastic experience. I Don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to on this occasion. When buying a new car i don’t usually find it an enjoyable experience with sales staff usually trying to sell you every added extra but Josh the sales gentleman gave me the options of what could be completed and the added value benefits and completely understood if I declined to take up his offer on some. The collection day was even better and was truly refreshing to meet staff in a dealership who seemed like they really actually care about doing as good a job as possible rather then completing a sale and sending you on your way.
The car itself was in outstanding condition the battery was charged to full so I could complete the long journey home without having to stop. Which wasn’t the case only a few weeks ago when I bought a more expensive electric car from a main dealership. The levels of service were truly different and they should come and see you guys for courses on how to deliver a great service in the car buying industry.

Tom Hopkins made buying our car an incredibly smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. He helped us find the right car in the first place and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about it, answering all of our questions along the way.

Throughout the process, Tom was always available, kept in touch regularly, and made sure everything was progressing smoothly. Even though we didn’t get the chance to meet him in person, that actually says a lot about how well everything was organised behind the scenes. By the time we arrived for the test drive, everything was ready to go, we just signed a few things and were on our way.

We’re absolutely delighted with our white Mercedes A-Class and can’t thank Tom enough for making the whole experience so easy. Highly recommended!

S James Prestige do things differently, with no ability to test drive up front and that made me slightly nervous. However, I bought an A-Class from them over a month ago because they offered the exact spec I wanted at a great price point and my experience through the sales and handover processes, as well as with the car itself, has been excellent and I would definitely use them again.

Next time, I would explore their additional services in greater detail and they have subsequently begun offering an alloy wheel restore package which I would take out.

Purchased a Mercedes c300 from here, very happy with my overall experience from s James prestige, I spoke with a women by the name of kloe she was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was extremely happy with the price and the customer service I couldn’t fault anything.
