Great customer service

Great customer service. There was a minor mistake with my order (one cable was the wrong color), and customer service quickly resolved it by sending me a new cable. Very happy with the product and level of service.

I have come to the conclusion that this…

I have come to the conclusion that this company must be a complete fraud or scam. I received notice that an order tracked as delivered. The images shown for tracking reflect my address on a package being placed at a home I’ve never seen before, NOT the correct delivery address, not a house I know. I’ve spent WEEKS trying to resolve this but am told over and over and over that “my package was delivered” in the same templated message. The courier says my tracking number is incorrect, even though what I provided was the exact number, confirmed in a screenshot I also sent them, they provided me for tracking. I suspect the entire process is AI driven with completely AI fabricated, bot replies. I’m reporting this to my credit card for resolution but no one should buy here. This company is criminal.

Loose Connection

I bought this cable to connect to Apple Car Play. The USB-C connection is very loose and if my phone moves even a tiny bit I lose the connection and I have to wait for it to reconnect. It is very frustrating and I just want to throw the cable out the window.

I originally received a broken cable…

I originally received a broken cable that only charged when plugged in a certain way, but after reaching out to the company they were responsive and sent me a replacement cable that is working great. I like the cable, it does what it should with the magnet working well.

When not in use, these cables coil to stay neat and ready when needed.

I ordered 3 Cables for Christmas Gifts at the last minute. The package arrived just after Christmas, but the with the wrong Cables. I reached out to Skegic Support, and they promptly send the correct Cables to me. Great, quick response from Support!
Now my wife's car is much less cluttered with the usual excess cables all over the console. When not in use, these cables coil to stay neat and ready when needed. Great Product and Support.

Bad product and customer service

I ordered four for Christmas stocking stuffers. When I didn’t hear a week later I emailed and was told they were back ordered well past Christmas. I told them to cancel. They told me to be patient. I told them again to cancel. They told me to be patient. I told them again to cancel. They shipped anyway. Useless as gifts.

When they arrived, two proved to be defective. They are asking that I prove they are defective and don’t plug in correctly. They suggested no way to send them back, which would be to China anyway.
The ones that work are ok but spring disappears quickly in them.
I’m sorry I ever heard of this scam company.

I ordered two of these

I ordered two of these, one for each of my cars to use with Apple CarPlay. The first cable kept dropping signal and so CarPlay would drop out. I reported the issue and was asked to provide a video which I did. A replacement was sent and this also had a similar issue, the other cable the sound quality was also quite poor. I therefore asked to return the items for a refund as they don’t work properly. In response to this I was told I had to lay to ship them back to china which is in breach of their own terms and conditions. When I pointed this out to them I was accused of lying as I hadn’t provided a video of the issue with the second cable. Why would I want to return a cable which works?? To be accused of lying is the worst customer service I’ve ever had and extremely insulting.

There is a reason you only see these on…

There is a reason you only see these on Facebook or their website. If they were on Amazon, you could read the reviews of their products and customer service. The cables don't return to a neat coil with normal use. They get twisted and end up a frustrating curly mess. Also, they sent me the wrong color for one of my cables, so I thought they might pay for return shipping for both the cables I bought, but nope. They said I would have to pay for return shipping to China, which is $20 or $30.

Edit to add that they saw a negative review and said I was a bad customer and then refused to refund me or even send the correct color cable.

If you use an iPhone 14 and before, you need to choose the Lightning one.

So your 2-star review seems unfair to us.

Slow Delivery

Cable was taking so long to arrive that I asked for a refund.

This was made promptly.

Update - cable turned up after a month which was outside seller control and will be donated it to a local school.

Avoid this company!!

Avoid this company!!! I never received my product. They claim it has been delivered, but that’s not the case. Customer service is very unfriendly and calls me a liar. Luckily it’s ‘only’ € 20 that I wasted on this terrible business.

The order tracking link: https://t.17track.net/en#nums=SF6045281904740 shows that the items have been delivered. At the same time, we have confirmed with the carrier many times that your package has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

In addition, we are happy to resend you a new cable in the emails we actively communicated with you. But you rejected this proposal. At the same time, we are happy to refund, but since we actually paid the shipping fee and sent the package, we again proposed to refund the money for the goods, except for the shipping fee.

In the end, you still rejected our proposal and directly opened a PayPal dispute. Based on this incident, we actively provided all the evidence of the relevant order to the PayPal team, and in the end we believe that we can get a reasonable ruling.

By the way, it seems that the trustpilot review has become a vent for a small number of consumers who like to give bad reviews.

Crap quality, crap service.

Every cable we order broke in less than a month. They replaced them the first two times, then refused. Had to eventually dispute the charge with the credit card company.
