Sketch and Stitch was amazing! Super easy to work with, and the final product came out even better than I imagined. You can really tell they put care into every detail. The whole process was smooth and fun, and she totally nailed the look I was going for. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something custom and creative—I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I received a lovely birthday present from Sketch and Stitch (one of their personalised caps), and I couldn't be more pleased with it!

The cap is high quality and the embroidery is flawless - extremely reasonably priced for the quality of product! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a gift for a loved one, friend or even themselves!

Personalised product had not been made when seller advised the image would be cropped. She pointed out that this was on the website, but not obvious. Whilst accurate, I feel it misleading it wasn’t in the initially description, I later found it under a small toggle button as part of the personalisation step. Was then charged £9.99 to cancel despite the seller not having to have taken any steps to make the item yet. Take caution when using this website. Read all fine print. Regrettably, I made the error but I feel the expectation on the buyer was not clear and the cancellation fee at 30% of the total cost of the item is steep. Whilst I’m sure the product would have been ok, my experience with Sofia has not.

Incredible jumper for Father’s Day. The artwork was perfection showing my husband and our baby - I got some big brownie points! And the jumper quality is really high too. On top of that, Sofia was lovely with my queries and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Thank you will definitely shop again!

Excellent customer service! I had queries before I even ordered anything and my questions were answered so quickly. I ordered an outline hoodie and everyone loves it! Got in a medium for my dad who is usually a small/medium. There is plenty room in the hoodie, just what you want.

I have absolutely loved my sketch and stitch products and have ordered multiple times from the company. All the pieces were bespoke pieces and the communication was exceptional. I have ordered a jumper and a personalised hat. They made the cap a picture of my friends dog and it was perfect - they even changed the colour of the eyes to match! The were gifts and I have never been praised so highly. I couldn’t recommend them more and their customer service is excellent! Thank you!!!!

I asked Sketch&Stitch to create a tea towel for my parents with various drawings from their grandchildren. This is such a lovely keepsake and the quality is great!

My father in law passed away in November 2024 and I just wanted to get my wife something different to remember him by. She has a photo of her father and her, which she cherishes, and I thought it would be lovely to have the outline of the picture on a garment. I found Sketch and Stitch, sent in the photo and within a few days we received the garment. My wife loved it and her reaction when she opened it will never be forgotten. Thankyou so much for your speedy service, quick response to my questions and above all else for making a difficult time in my wife’s life, a little bit more bearable. I would absolutely introduce others to Sketch and Stitch.

really quick turn around, fantastic product quality

I have used Sketch & Stitch a few times now, and everytime Sofia has gone above and beyond in helping get what I was looking for. The product always end up looking fantastic and the quality of clothing is actually really good, not cheap thin material. The longest I had to wait from first contact to receiving my items was 4 working days so I can't even moan about that.
Definitely a great unique business, one which I will be using again.

I ordered a hoodie, send image. They send me a pre sketch of image to go on jumper, I didn't like it so send another one, they was quick to reply and then send me another pre image of new photo. Excellent service, fast delivery and kept up to date with delivery . Fantastic communication.

So happy with the product quality and attention to detail on my purchase from sketch and stitch embroidery. Sofia made sure to send lots of different designs and fonts to ensure the product was exactly as I envisioned. I made this purchase last minute before Christmas and found this company super efficient and sent my purchase in time for the perfect Christmas gift. Great customer service, I’ll definitely be ordering again🌟

Embroidery was beautiful but the quality of the jumper itself is rubbish! Had stitching pulling out at 3 seperate places around the shoulder. Approached the company and customer service with photos of my husband trying said jumper on for the first time - they just blamed me saying i must have caught it on something which is false as the item was received that way! They offered for me to return but then stated they would see it was not defective on sending because they take photos…but wouldn’t show me said photos 🙄 so in all homesty I was concerned they wouldnt even bother sending me a replacement given how they blamed me & were very defensive! So i have a £45 jumper that looks awful and guaranteed in a few washes will be falling apart! Very disappointed as it was a gift for my husband. And wish the company would take some responsibility! Not worth using this company because you risk getting a substandard product and then rubbish customer service too!

It had it be done a second time because a letter from the text was missing initially. But after contacting them it was correctly and replaced very quickly. The quality is great! Customer service was helpful and efficient.
