Sent a not very clear photo of an old black dog and the outline on the sweatshirt was brilliant. Very happy with the result and quickness of delivery. Also top marks for allowing me to see design for approval before stitching.

extraordinary business
firstly, I found that it was very easy to communicate with them/contact them, they had fast replies so wasn’t left waiting too long, any question I had they answered almost straight away and my order came in 5 days and I am really pleased with it, the material is great for both the shirt and hoodie I ordered, great website to order gifts or anything for yourself

Good customer service
Great customer service and made changes to design as requested and quickly. Jumper quality could be better, hence loosing a star but quick delivery. Overall happy with the product.

Amazing delivery and customer service
I ordered custom made hoodies on a Tuesday, by Thursday it was sent out and delivered! I was absolutely shocked couldn’t believe it. They sent out one of the hoodies in the wrong size, contacted them which was very easy to do& they sent another one out through the post which took the same amount of time. Would definitely recommend.

We are disappointed to hear you were not happy with your order. As a small business we take pride and care in the orders we produce. Our Outline Stitch products are our best-selling items. All the designs are carefully hand drawn creating an outline and drawing of key features in the photos our customer’s upload. The design is then sent to our customers to approve within 24 hours. I can see that the design was sent to your email however, we did not get a response within 24 hours, so the order process began to avoid any production and delivery delays.

Will recommend this company without hesitation, great service, great communication and above all else, great product.

Great customer service ordered the wrong size hoodie, a quick email to them and they managed to change to the correct size with no problems, hoodie is amazing and the stitching is brilliant, would highly recommend.
