Placed an order but the postcode has a…
Placed an order but the postcode has a digit wrong, so I have not received my order to make matters even worse when I tried to contact somebody there is no contact line so I emailed six days ago and still haven't had a response but i got this.

Hi Charmaine, firstly we understand why you are frustraited. However, looking at your order is was placed on the 21/10 and you requested the 48 hour delivery option. For us to achieve this, packing our orders is a priority to ensure it arrives on time. We also have seen your email about the error in the postcode but it was sent on the 25/10 - At this point we have already sent out the item for delivery.

Delivery was fast and the product is truly professional level. I got a chemical peel and I paid £50 but the same chemical peel is £150 if you go for one time treatment .So worth it.

As a professional I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I have ordered some products and paid for 48h delivery, however a week later I still haven’t received anything. I emailed them, but I have no response at all! I won’t be ordering again! Waste of my money and disappointed customer as I had to postpone the treatment.
Note; Skin Laboratory takes no responsibility for the delivery in their reply to me.
However , as they are giving their customers delivery options at the checkout, and then are charging us for them accordingly to our choice, in my opinion they should work on their logistics and take full responsibility for it.
Note 2: yes, I have received the product and it’s exactly what I ordered a week ago. If you are saying that Royal Mail has failed you, maybe you should provide your customers with other options like DPD delivery or similar- especially that you are charging a lot for the delivery itself. Getting order on time- especially after paying more for the delivery, is crucial in any business. The product itself is great, thank you.

Dear Customer, firstly we would like to thank you for taking time to review. As for delivery orders, they are posted the same day they are recieved (anything after 2pm is sent the day after to comply with Royal Mail collection times), as for your order we can see that it was ordered at 2:36pm this mean even if we dropped it off it wouldn't be collected until the following day. The major delay for your products is out of our hands as it is up to Royal Mail to follow up with the 48hr delivery scheme. We will email you the time-frame of the product.
Update: We are sadend that you are still dissapointed with us - however as mentioned before we do send and expect our customers to recieve their product in their requested time-frame. Furthermore we see that you recieved your product today and we would like to apologise on behalf Royal Mail that it took too long to arrive. WE DO take responsibility if an item is lost, damaged or is not what you expected and do offer compensation to said customers.

One item was out of stock when ordered. Customer service contacted me right away and made sure correct deductions were made to my order! I am so excited to try the products!!!! I’ll definitely be purchasing again!

10 out of 10 customer service, brilliant communication, prompt response, professional and great at dealing with queries and solve any issue! Great products that I've already used for electric microneedling on my sensitive skin without any adverse reaction ! I would definitely order products again from them, also very fast delivery, returns and package!!

Do not trust this Company! I have ordered serum from them I haven’t receive product ,I tried to contact the company nobody responds then I’ve contact my original transaction payment to help me to resolve this problem and I asked for my refund money back still not receive my refund £104.99
