It was not satisfactory at all. I received the product incomplete and damaged,
I cannot order from the same site at all,,
You were asked before whether the product will arrive in good condition and you answered yes, but the product did not arrive in good condition and I am sad and will never deal with you again.

I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with our product, I had a good reputation from other people. They use organic pigment they were so happy with it the colour the same as the picture on the website, but you have to choose right colour to mix with other colour we are explain everything on the website if you have another ampul it’s still not open you can send it back and we will issue refund we’re always make sure to our customer happy

Terrible
Terrible. Ordered Derma stamp and 6 ampules. Never received derma stamp so the ampules are worthless. Nor was it mentioned stamps were out of stock when ordering. Nor was I told I will receive missing stamp once back in stock. If I have to reorder I have the pay the postage AGAIN!!!!

Thank you for your review. You have received the refund on 21st Feb for the out of stock product, but claimed today in your email that you have not received the refund. You will not need to pay for the postage again, as any of your future orders will be automatically cancelled by our website.
Products are great quality and good…
Products are great quality and good price although they had on their website not updated and not accurate information about products on sale . When asked about 50% sale I got reply that it's outdated information and products are cheaper than other sites.

NON LO CONSIGLIO
Ho avuto un problema alla dogana e il pacco non lo facevano passare mi chiedevano troppe carte che il venditore si è rifiutato di fornire lo per agevolare il passaggio della merce si è arrabbiato dandomi la colpa di non aver letto dal sito le tasse eccetera...non era no le tasse il problema...il fatto è che il pacco non lo facevano passare per mancanza di informazioni da parte del fornitore sulla natura della merce .il venditore si è rifiutato di farmi il rimborso dopo che le ho spiegato la situazione e mi aveva detto che mi faceva il rimborso nel corso delle mail che ci siamo intercambiati l'ho trovato disonesto e non professionale 333€ si è tenuto NON LO CONSIGLI
