Brilliant and easy to use website and product was quick to arrive

I needed a new refill of the Retinoid 2, which is brilliant for my skin. I also got the Support oil to try and I could read that I needed it. I have never read from a brand : You don't need this.... Which is just amazing .

Caroline Hirons' advice about product and application have been spot on! I was curious to see how her own line of skincare would compare to some of the brands I've used based on her recommendations. I love the two products I purchased: moisturizer and face oil! They are rich in texture without being heavy, and the moisturizer is almost half of what I was paying but just as luxurious and effective, if not better. On both product lids she provides a circle to guide how much product to use- very clever! Delivery was fast even with international shipping. I'll be a continuing customer for sure!

Very informative and straight forward- no faff and the shipping was really fast. I've tried the moisturiser and so far my skin loves it and there are very few things that my skin won't react to. It also makes my skin feel nice and comfortable.

A totally flawless shopping experience. The website is easy to navigate, and every product has relevant information. I love the "you need this if" tags; it is like role-based recommendations. I live in the US and had zero incidents with DHL, and my order was at my home in 3 days. Bonus points for letting me use Afterpay (Clearpay for UK shoppers)! I will totally be back for another product as I am beyond satisfied with the Skin Rocks Moisturizer and Support Oil. The moisturizer is so lush and feels so much more expensive. The oil performs wonderfully, and I layer the two for my new go-to nighttime final step.

Really quick delivery, as always from Skin Rocks.
Only a week into using the products, but loving them so far.

It’s not often you get a pleasant surprise when ordering skincare, there are some big and bold claims out there, which, in my experience often fall disappointingly below expectations. Having gone into surgical menopause 3 years ago at 42 and despite Profhilo treatments I thought my skin was destined to be hypersensitive and parched forever more. Enter Skin Rocks!! I can’t believe the transformation in less than a week. I’m using the support oil and the moisturiser and they are nothing short of incredible. Both sink in to the skin quickly, no residue, are lightweight but so soothing and moisturising. My skin feels beautifully hydrated and looks great. My 16 year old daughter with problem skin has also been using them and loves them too. Well done Skin Rocks…more products soon please! 💛
