What an amazing experience. The premises are spotlessly clean and tidy. All the staff are lovely. Ian, who did my tattoo is so nice. Done a brilliant job of my realism tiger. Back again soon for more ink. Highly recommend 5*

Initial messages to ask about vouchers was answered quickly with explanations how to purchase. Purchase itself on line was easy and vouchers were received within the week. Great service

Antonio sav is the tattooist doing my sleeve, and is excellent. The hole place is great and make sure you feel comfortable. the after care is also great unlike most places.

A really friendly place, respond so quick to email enquiries and are really helpful. I plan on using them for a lot of services in the future

This is my 2nd time using Skins & Needles for vouchers. Ordering is easy, you are kept informed of your order and the vouchers were received really quickly. Would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been asked to leave a review about my tattoo and I’m torn about what to say, I love it, Dennis has done an amazing job, however I have found the skins and needles pricing ambiguous considering the conversation I had and the price paid. I cannot fault Dennis one bit I just want to get that point across now. I’d happily leave him a review 10/10 on his personal page. However on the Skins and Needles experience I just can’t leave a positive review due to the below 👇🏻
A,) if someone advised you to book a full session for your design and when you asked how long a full session would take 5hrs upwards, you would assume that the 10am slot you booked was for 5hrs +
B,) I was asked to push back my appt to 12pm which I agreed to thinking oh well they’re open until 6pm 6hrs ish would be worth the suggested £500 for a full session
C,) in 3 1/2hrs getting the stitch done and thinking ooh can he fit the dory into this time frame too….? To then be advised all done and to pay downstairs. 🤷🏼‍♀️
The tattooist deserves the money well and truly I’d love to earn £100 - hour but I’m not talented or artistic. My main problem is skins and needles very much seem to skim a lot off the top
I discussed it at the time with the lad on reception however received no joy, and called back by Monday morning to be advised by Josh that he would escalate to Paula the manager, I’ve heard nothing back other than an email asking for a review which I don’t feel comfortable doing.
It’s not somewhere I would return to, and I will certainly research more and get a less ambiguous price in future that’s for sure! Lesson learnt

I’d also attach pics of the conversation I had with the staff member on booking. Their pricing info on the website seems to be very wordy and not really helpful, there’s no straight forward explanation and management either don’t have messages passed on or tend not to communicate back to customers alienating them and others in the mean time because word of mouth is the best recommendation 🤷🏼‍♀️

Had my ears pierced today. I can honestly say I was looked after incredibly well from start to finish. Firstly by Meg who booked me in. Meg was so friendly and helpful and really put my mind at rest, she also advised on the different ear rings available - she really knew how to care for you and was just great! Kim came to do my piercing and was really friendly and professional. The room was immaculately clean and I was confident in her ability. I felt calm and relaxed and can honestly say the piercings were virtually pain free! Kim clearly 'knew her stuff' but more than that, she was lovely! She provided lots of aftercare advice and I came away really happy with the whole experience. Thanks guys! I highly recommend the service.

I really cannot rate skins and needles highly enough I would honestly give more than 5 stars if I could. My tattoo was done by Alexandru, nothing was too much trouble the design was perfect he is an amazing artist. Really clean, sterile environment, everything prepared in front of you amazing experience from start to finish. Kept up to date throughout the whole process not just by Alexandru but also by lauren who took my booking. Really friendly people. I cannot rate the team at skins and needles highly enough.

Just had my tattoo done by jay quinn and it's absolutely awesome!! Honestly can't recommend jay enough unbelievable from start to finish. The team at skins and needles also do a great job in making sure you're informed 100% at all times and make you feel very welcome.

This was my first tattoo and everything was straightforward and clear from the beginning. Hugely pleased with the result and already looking to get my next piece.

This online gift voucher ordering leaves a lot to be desired . I ordered a voucher for a nieces birthday days before . After 8 days i had not heard whether she received it so had to ask her . i contacted the shop to be told it had been sent out 3 days ago and they blamed the royal mail . 2 hours later i received an email to say thanks for the order and it was being processed . I'd received an email on the day i ordered it saying they would let me know when it had been dispatched . 10 days after i had placed the order it arrived . Post dated the day before. The voucher had no amount on it and no details who had gifted it . not really happy with the service at all . i had to contact my niece to tell her who the voucher was from and how much it was for and apologise it was a week late for her birthday . I'm trying to support local businesses and steer away from amazon and the like but come on guys ....
