Very, very slow

Very slow, poor customer service - Paying for 48hr postage, and a full week after the order was placed, still not been notified it has been sent - this sits with Slackjaw, not Royal Mail, who are not in receipt of the item yet. On purchasing they even have a little diagram of the delivery process showing 4 days from purchase to delivery. I have sent 2 emails to request an update in this period, neither of which has been answered. Exactly the same thing happened on my last order a month ago, which I put down to a one-off, which is clearly not the case.

Slackjaw Apparel

This is clothing at its highest quality. Great designs and produced to a high standard. Shipping is quick. Usually within 5 or 6 days from placing an order. The prices are a little on the high side but I think items are worth the extra cost. I always look for items in the sale or take account of offers. You would not be disappointed.
