Hi, we’re sorry to read this and we take feedback like this very seriously. We are concerned by what you’ve described, and also somewhat confused, as we would want to fully investigate any claim of non-delivery or loss of communication.

Unfortunately, we cannot verify the order from the details in this review alone. Please email callum@slapsta.com

I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I understand your frustration regarding the delay and communication issues. It appears at first there was some delay regarding the WhatsApp number on the order.

I want to address this situation immediately. To start, have refunded the project in full, and also sent across the graphics which you signed off - you can keep these.

This review came as a suprise - as to both the logo, and bag design we sent, you said it was okay and you are happy with them. We can revise or start again at any time.

I have called you personally and explained another 2 designers, and also a illustrator who are ready to take on this project, should you not like the first one. They will do this for free for you. Please get in contact if you would like us to do this.
