Amazing customer service
I recently purchased (another) print and frame. Order process was easy, delivery was quick but when I opened package the ‘glass’ was damaged. However customer service was awesome!
Quick response, replacement ‘glass’ and happy customer! 5 star!

So pleased with my print for our spare room, it matches the bedding perfectly, so much so I ordered another 2 for my lounge to go with our leopard themed accessories.

Fuming! I ordered a frame and tried to return it as it was not of the quality i had hoped and they told me that becuase i had taken the plastic off (which you ovbiously have to do to look at the frame) i was only allowed a 10% of the full price returned. SO cheeky - other users be aware of this!!! Will not be returning.

We're sorry to hear that you are un happy with our returns policy and that you are fuming. We clearly display our returns policy on our website at all times (we have to legally) and we include links to this on all our frame listings. We also include an information sheet with all of our frames when they are delivered which advises that we can't accept returned frames that have been opened. We have already explained all of this to you several times via email and have apologised if you missed all of this information both prior to purchasing and after receiving your frames.
Just to reiterate what we have already advised in our email communication, all of our frames are packed in clear protective film so that you can clearly see the frame (exactly the same as if it was on a shelf in a physical store). Our returns policy is not "cheeky" it is as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
It is completely your choice should you wish to return the frame, however it is simply unfair to leave a 1 star review because you didn't read our returns policy.

I ordered 3 large prints for my bedroom and they are gorgeous. Brilliant quality, beautifully packaged and really fast delivery! Will definitely be ordering more!

Amazing quality and service
Ordered a laundry guide for my utility room and it’s perfect. Came securely packaged to avoid damage, and arrived quickly after ordering. Will definitely be ordering more prints for the rest of my house!
