We've been using slerp for a good few years now. Its really helped our online business grow. The customer support team are brilliant - quick, available and actually solve things for us. Diana our new account manager has been super helpful and insightful. Meeting her in person instead of on zoom was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend them as a business.

Really helpful team, non-pushy platform and ongoing support when/if required.

I’m writing this as a customer

I’m writing this as a customer. My food order took over an hour to be delivered to me but their customer service team was excellent and assured me about the status of my delivery. They were quick to respond and helpful to my queries, even tho I was hangry. Just seems as tho the restaurant itself was either extremely busy or didn’t have enough staff to keep up with demand. Overall, good experience with the delivery itself.

We'd wanted to switch to Slerp for a while, and so glad we did. The support from the team getting set up was fantastic. Lots of back and forth, and tailored support which is extremely different to other experiences.
Most importantly, the customers have loved the switch and orders have been growing. It looks better, works better, and there was almost no education needed for customers when using our new ordering system. It's always nice to work with nice people too! It counts for a lot. Thanks Slerp!

Excellent support and smooth onboarding

The Slerp team made getting set up quick and straightforward, without any hassle. Their response time has been excellent, and the live chat is incredibly helpful — any questions we had were answered almost immediately, which made the whole process feel very supported.
We’ve already started receiving our first orders and everything has run smoothly so far. Having our own ordering system gives us much more control and better margins compared to large delivery platforms. Looking forward to growing our direct sales with Slerp in 2026.

Customer waiting +2hrs ; lack of drivers?

I'm writing this as a customer. I don't think there are enough drivers accepting Slerp commissions in my area. It took 2 hours 20 minutes for my order to arrive - one assigned driver failed to collect, and the other driver was left waiting for 15 minutes at the restaurant before the food was ready. The machine chatbot on the Slerp website is terrible, it requested my 6 digit order ID but wouldn't accept what I typed in. The human customer service was good, but honestly I won't use this service again, it's too unreliable.

Hi Sarah, thanks for sharing this - and we’re really sorry for the long wait and the experience you had.

A delay of over two hours isn’t what we want for any customer, and we completely understand why that would leave you feeling the service was unreliable. While delays like this are uncommon, they can happen at peak times when courier availability is tighter. Deliveries are fulfilled by third-party courier partners, and occasionally that can lead to issues outside of our direct control. We’re continually working to strengthen coverage and reduce the chances of this happening.

The best solution!

I own Dom's Subs the sandwich shop. We've used a few different solutions for our online sales over the years and slerp is by far the best. Easy to set up, reasonably priced, simple back end and good support. No complaints.

The Slerp team have been great getting…

The Slerp team have been great getting me on board quickly by transferring seamlessly my whole menu from Deliveroo. It's great having our own system, allowing us to increase our margins due to large commissions charged by other platforms. Thanks again and looking to building more business in 2026!

Have the best relationship and experience with the Slerp team - amazing Account Manager Diana Majeed helps me out with any questions and is so lovey to deal with. The Customer Service Support team are excellent too!!

Very helpful!!

We now have 3 locations set up with Slerp and we opened our third earlier this week. The Slerp team were on hand throughout the weekend to support us ready for opening on Monday at very short notice. We had a technical issue with our POS which was unrelated to Slerp, but JP and his team were beyond helpful and helped us find the issue even though this wasn’t their platform. Would highly recommend!

We’ve been using Slerp since day one…

We’ve been using Slerp since day one and have really enjoyed the experience. The backend is simple and easy to manage, and features like app push notifications make it easy to market directly to our customers. Running promotions and discounts is straightforward, and the sales reports are clear and accurate.

Setup was smooth, the support team is responsive and the whole system just works. What stands out most is how it puts us in control of our own online ordering, keeping customers connected directly with our brand rather than being lost on third-party platforms.

Opened Harley’s in Hampstead and within two weeks and such a high demand I knew we needed an online solution for ordering to please our Clients. JP owner of Slerp was highly recommended to me by the founder of Rekki. JP made contact the moment he had my number and has been working with myself and Harley’s ever since.
