Terrible delivery and customer service

I ordered groceries from a company, then upon arrival, there was some confusion about the delivery, then my friend refused the delivery and the driver binned the food without contacting me to resolve the issue. Customer service was slow to respond and unhelpful, subsequently saying that there was nothing could be done because the refusal of delivery from my side and did not attempt to even resolve the issue. The driver could have at least attempted to respond to my messages and calls seconds after he messaged and called me or returned the produce. Wasted my time. Irresponsible from them and very disappointed.

Another tech company targeting independent businesses with minimum payment terms monthly. Sales managers job is just to sign up, but not understand the business, very rude and their assumption is that we know how the apps work....... which in reality when you ask the sales manager how it works even they dont know, they will need support.

DON'T SIGN UP with SLERP

DON'T SIGN UP with SLERP
Do not sign up your takeaway or restt with this service. they have no support number, only a chat, over a month and their tech team is just not capable enough to resolve the integration. When the order comes on their app it won't ring they basically expect you to leave all your work to just keep the tablet on to see if there is any order or else you will know when the driver walks in to collect then you start to enter and make the order and in turn you lose your guest for late orders. No matter how many discounts you give you will lose them with their pathetic service.
Gave big promises of nationwide delivery at sign up without confirming if the company they tied up with does provide this beyond zone 1 which they do not....

Totally unorganised and the account manager is never available to take your calls or get the issues resolved .
So you can keep on chatting leaving messages, contacting your deliverect team who get the same response SLERP says they tech team is working on it!!

What a mistake !!
