The order was processed same day and came courtesy of Royal Mail next day rather than a courier which was great. The packaging was very good - no enormous box and easy to recycle.

Arrived next day. Great product - keeps hip & back aligned when sleeping on your side & stops knees pressing together. Wouldn't want to sleep without it now.

Cheaply made products and awful customer service
The covers for my knee pillow are cheaply made, so the zip breaks every few months when trying to stretch the cover over the pillow (which isn’t easy to do!) And their service is awful - this is the second time they’ve failed to dispatch my order, and a week in I’m still waiting to hear what’s happened. You can’t call them, or speak to anyone, and this is the last time I’m ordering from them!

A winner
What a great pillow! I have had neck pain for a long time and therefore I am very fussy and particular when it comes to choosing the right pillow. Tried quite few but this one is hands down the best. It is firm but at the same time very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very good experience from order to delivery
I cannot fault this company. From placing my order to receiving my item it was so straight forward and very quick. The item was delivered within 48hrs and I am super pleased with the pillow so far after using for 4 nights I no longer have any spasm pains which were a regular occurrence. Very pleased so far!
