Bestelling en betaling ging goed! In augustus 2025 een Hooverboard besteld sinds een maand probleem. Het werkt niet meer. Gebeld, telefoon bijkt afgesloten te zijn. Geen antwoord op mijn mails. Er zit garantie op het product maar kom niet in contact met het bedrijf. Bedrijf in Sint Truiden bestaat ook niet. Dus ik weet niet waar ik onze hooverboard kan laten repareren in garantie.

Zero customer care...

I bought 4 hoverboards and karts for my kids for Christmas. On day 1, one hoverboard the motor is making awful whirring noises and the brake system doesn't work, 2 wks later the same thing is happening a second hoverboard. I've sent dozens of emails since Christmas day and I've been ringing several times a day , and getting no response from the company at all.... its beyond frustrating, along with having 2 very upset children.

Onbetrouwbaar en teleurstellende service

Wij plaatsten een bestelling op 14/12, we betaalden onze bestelling diezelfde dag, maar hebben deze dd. 13/01 nog steeds niet mogen ontvangen.
Wij stuurden 5 mails, zeker 10 maal telefonisch contact proberen te nemen zonder resultaat of enige communicatie terug.

Dit voelt zeer onbetrouwbaar en niet correct. Daarom raad ik het dan ook ten zeerste af om iets bij dit bedrijf te bestellen.

jeg har købt en Elite Pro en elscooter som skal ha nummerplade på det viser sig at coc attesten er for gammel har prøvet at få fat i sælge 1000 gange men der sker intet de svare ikke på tlf mail eller noget det er jeg træt af køber aldri hos dem mere

Undelivered goods and no response from smartbalance

BUYERS BEWARE.
Recently ordered a hoverboard for my son through smartbalance, it has now been a month with no delivery, no response yet my money was happily taken.
Delivery service says clearly that the delivery was terminated from smartbalances side, even though they have received my payment long ago.
Upon inquiry about the delivery there is no response, upon inquiry about refund for undelivered goods there is no response. The seller is totally unresponsive, this has been going on for a month and has left me feeling completely swindled by a company that does not hold up to any standards for commerce or consumer rights.

Hoverboard looks good but impossible to use itself cant even stand on it without the kart as it is too sensitive even after recalibration. Also it beeps constantly even when at full charge? Not sure why? It is a great little toy but the constant beeping is ruining the experience.

Købte hoverboard og kart…

Købte hoverboard og kart til mine børnebørn i julegave.
De kom aldrig. Man tror man handler med et dansk firma, tager penge på mobile pay. De svarer ikke på telefon, mail eller kontaktformular.
Firmaet ligger i Belgien, og vi har haft en mand på adressen.. det er udelukkende østeuropæere.
Hold jer langt væk…

RADIO SILENCE

Ordered 2 hoverboards and carts on Nov 21st and received an email saying they were shipped. I have heard nothing since except there is a problem with GLS. No response to phonecalls, emails, customer contact form and messenger. At this stage I've lost hope for Christmas but just want an update.

I dont know what to think…
The 29th of november i bought 2 x hoverboards with gocartseat. Christmaspresent for my to boys, but I have not yet received my order. The payment was deducted on December 4th. There is no tracking number, so no clue if the package is on its way. No answer when I call, and no feedback on the 2 e-mails I have sent.
Very sorry for my boys, that we used 2500+ kr. on nothing.

Hele slechte ervaring

Ik heb hier een hooverboard bestelt, waar na 1,5 jaar de accu van defect is gegaan. Het was zeer moeilijk contact te krijgen met smartbalanceshops, maar uiteindelijk hebben ze aangegeven dat ze hem voor 80,- konden repareren. Omdat ik weer geen contact kreeg mbt het retourproces en ik heb gerepareerd wilde hebben voor de verjaardag van mijn zoon, heb ik de accu uiteindelijk zelf bestelt bij smartbalanceshops voor 80,-. Deze heb ik nooit binnen gehad en ook krijg ook geen contact met ze. Bestel hier niet!

Elendigt hele vejen igennem

Købt som julegave til barn. Gik hurtigt i stykker. Reklamerede, fik skriftligt besked om at både board og lader skulle indsendes. Efter noget tid er board kommet retur, men ikke laderen. Efter længere dialog er de nu kommet i tanke om at de aldrig har modtaget laderen. Produktet kan ikke bruges uden. De vil ikke tage det ubrugelig sæt retur. Jeg har aldrig oplevet noget lignende. Hold jer langt væk. Elendigt hele vejen igennem. Ringe kvalitet. Løgn og bedrag.

AFTER TWO MONTHS - NO DELIVERY _ NO REPLY to emails nor phones and NO REFUND STILL.

I expect a response to my email, alternatively I will need to log a legal complaint with the authorities and take further action.

I placed an order for two hoverboards on 3 JUL 25 and up to now not delivered. They were supposed to be delivered within 3 working days and then you then informed me that you have an issue with the supplier delaying the item.
I requested a refund which you confirmed would be processed… to date I have still not received my refund.

Now after more than 2 months, I keep calling the numbers on your website and sent you emails asking for the status and not getting any reply.
The service and customer support has been less than poor and I will have to start taking action with authorities, in reviews and on social media should I not get a reply within the next 24 hours!

Oplichters

Wij hebben een hoverboard, besteld voor 300 euro op 4juli 2025 nooit geleverd gekregen. Vervolgens hebben wij ons geld terug gevraagd, en dit is tot op heden niet gebeurd. Het lijken oplichters.

Mijn dochtertje heeft nog geen 30 min…

Mijn dochtertje heeft nog geen 30 min op haar hoverboard gereden, en het hield er al meteen mee op. Telefonisch zijn ze niet te bereiken en het was nog wel haar verjaardags cadeau. Nu heeft ze dus niks en erg teleurgesteld en verdrietig dat ze nu moet wachten wanneer het bedrijf dan wel reageerd.

No delivery no refund until now! scam?

AFTER TWO MONTHS - NO DELIVERY _ NO REPLY to emails nor phones and NO REFUND STILL.

I placed an order for a hoverboard on 1 JUL 25 and up to now not delivered.
it was supposed to be delivered within 3 working days and then they informed me that they have an issue with the supplier delaying the item. they couldnt give me an estimation on when can be delivered.
now after more than 2 months, I keep calling the numbers on their website and sent them lots of emails asking for the status and not getting any reply.
I asked for a refund and asking them by emails when I can expect it and no response! trying the call the numbers on their wesbites for 2 months and never responded.
I asked for refund since 10 days and no body is replying to my emails nor phone calls!!

bestelling en betaling en nooit iets gekregen!

Ik bestelde en betaalde op 9/7/2025 een hooverboard van 212 euro. Geen reactie. Na 2 maanden en zeer veel mails krijg ik te horen dat ze niet kunnen leveren, maar een alternatief niet. Dat wil ik niet, ik wil mijn geld terug. Tot op heden heb ik nog niets gekregen, ik kreeg geen enkele reactie. Ik ga hiermee verder!
