I thank you for making this wonderful toy, my grandson made his first steps pushing the galloping horses!!
The materials and smart design works wonderfully.

I bought the magnet set, which was very inexpensive and was a huge hit with both my two-year-old and 4 1/2 year-old grandchildren. They loved it so much. The parents took it on the airplane to São Paulo. Bless if you ever want a truly outstanding customer experience order something from this company. Donna is on top of it!

Ordered on Dec. 4th 4 toys total $236, was told would be delivered Dec. 11th no tracking number, reached out Dec. 11 was told it would be delivered Dec. 11-12th no tracking number. Reached out Dec 12th was told it would deliver the 18th no tracking number. Reached out Dec. 16th for a tracking number, "cannot provide one if you don't receive by the 18th we will reopen a trouble report". Same exact 4 toys on amazon $84!! Total Scam

Being a geographically distant Great Grandmother, I work hard to find unique toys for the "Great Grands". I rely on Smart Kids Planet to offer me a selection of great ideas. Their selections and the reviews from other gift shoppers allow me to purchase some wonderful, well-loved toys. I have purchased talking Teddy Bears, very tall robots, educational globes and a variety of other items. This makes my life a bit easier.

Total scam. They over charge for products listed on Amazon, and then buy you the product from Amazon as a gift so you can’t return it. the website should be shut down

My experience was identical to some of the other one-star reviews. Ordered a Christmas present for my grandson on Dec. 2. On December 8 I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation. I emailed twice, used the contact form, and finally called the customer service number to verify. All interactions were with "Donna". She told me, at first, that the order had shipped and would arrive Dec. 8 or 9. I asked for tracking and she managed to talk her way around that. Somehow, she couldn't provide that. When it didn't come by the 10th, I called and talked to her. She said it had shipped and was on its way. I asked why I hadn't received a shipping or tracking email. She said she'd check into it and get back to me. On Dec . 11th after no response, I called again and she said that it had shipped, then said it hadn't shipped but was 'on its way', somehow, and then that it would be here today! I asked for tracking and she said she'd email it, or that it had been emailed. I asked her to do it again. Nothing. Finally, I asked her to cancel the order and refund the money. She said she didn't know if she could do that because it had shipped. I said, if it has shipped, give me a tracking number--no dice. I realize now that as many have said, she (or someone else) might be ordering cheaper (in my case half price) toys on Amazon, marking them up and having them shipped from Amazon. When I said this, she swore that Amazon was only their shipping partner. I said that I wanted a refund. She said she'd look into it and see if it was possible. I said If I didn't hear back from her within a day I would file a claim with the credit card company. At that I had an email in my inbox within an hour saying that the order was cancelled and refunded. I am waiting to see if it goes through..

I would like to add that I have no idea if "Donna" is a woman stuck in an impossible situation. She was always courteous and apologetic. So it is possible that she is as much a victim as the customers who are being misled.

The team answered my email and fixed my order in a very quick manner. With it being Christmas time and in a rush, that was most helpful and I am grateful.

I thought I hadn't received a package even though the tracking # said it was delivered a week ago. Donna had the intuition to tell me that the company uses Amazon for delivery. I told her I don't order from Amazon. My daughter sends packages to my address from Amazon for when they come to Portland from NY for Christmas next week. There was one from Amazon unopened, so Donna, who is very patient and pleasant, waited until I opened that package. Lo and behold! The toys were in it! Donna had the instinct to give me information which made all the difference to solve the problem, and I'm so appreciative. Thank you, Donna!

Excellent customer service! Donna Wilson really is the best! I had a question regarding shipping and pricing. She responded to all of my emails immediately and provided answers to all of my questions. Best experience I have ever had.

The quality and thoughtfulness of the toys on Smart Kids Planet is what drew my attention to this site. ‘Toys’ is a bit of an understatement, however. Their offerings are so thoughtful as they allow children to engage in activities at higher levels of thoughtfulness and involvement. I am fortunate to have discovered this site for my children. My grandsons really enjoy the pitching machine. When we were unable to get it to work, the customer service agent was incredibly helpful, and we received the replacement in days even though we live in Alaska. Donna was prompt and helpful with every communication!

Contacted the company to see if a gift message could be included in our package being shipped to our grandson, and they MADE IT HAPPEN!! Great customer service.

The product was great quality and lots of fun for the kids. What made my experience with Smart Kids Planet was the amazing customer service. I will certainly purchase other toys for my grandchildren in the future.

This is my third order from Smart Kids Planet - the Intelligent Programmable Robot, the World of Learning globe, and the Talking Bluey and Robin plushes.
The order processes were easy and went smoothly. The toys arrived earlier than expected. My grandkids loved each and my daughter sends me great pictures of the kids playing with the toys (and learning something new).
Special mention goes to Donna and her team, who assisted me when I wanted to change my last order. They processed the change correctly, refunded my earlier payment quickly, and applied the discount code to the new order. They kept me posted thru my email along the way. I'm a fan.

Very good experience with this company. We actually purchased something by mistake, Apple Pay situation, and when I emailed them to cancel there was no hassle. Great customer service and they took care of it right away.
