Honestly,
I wasn't aware that you ship your merchandise through Amazon. I have not purchased anything from Amazon in many years and have no intention of doing so in the future.
That being said I will not be purchasing from smartkidsplanet in the future.
I would rather spend more money on shipping from another company than line the pockets of Jeff Bezos.

Customer service has been great, assisting me with questions regarding my online purchase. Very prompt and personal.

Purchased the Dinosaurs Stem Construction Building Set for my 3 year old Grandson. The quality is very good and I am sure that he will enjoy it. It was smaller than I anticipated for a 3 year old.

My item arrived in Amazon packaging, with an Amazon receipt and Amazon gift receipt inside the box (that said “From Seller” on it). Customer service claims they didn’t just take my money and buy the product through Amazon, that they just use them as a shipping service… But honestly I’m skeptical. I’ve been trying to avoid supporting Amazon which is why I purchased here. But the same exact toy costs over 70% less on Amazon, and I can’t shake the feeling that they just ordered through there and pocketed the extra money… They are sending me a return label and refunding me for the toy, which I appreciate, but they are keeping the shipping cost. All around very frustrating experience and this company seems super shady… I found a few other very similar complaints/experiences to mine on the BBB (better business bureau) website for Smart Kids Planet too.

My grandson ran up to me and told me he wanted tools to build things over a year ago. I finally took the plunge and ordered this set for him. He loved it. Even in cold windy weather, he was out hammering on things in the back yard. Can't wait to see what he's able to put together with a little help from his Mom and Dad.

First of all I think they sell fine and fun products. There was a shipping issue with one of my purchases and they have been diligent in correcting things. Excellent customer service and excellent followup by them. Great company to deal with. Highly recommend.

Well I was not satisfied with the product I purchased for the price, definitely not worth it.But I was very impressed with Donna Wilson in customer relations,she genuine in trying to resolve my displeasure and present options, professional yet sincere.

Smart Kids Planet's Kids Binoculars with night vision were a huge hit with my four-year-old niece on her birthday and her seven-year-old brother, who now wants them. These binoculars were impressive. Not the typical "toy" binoculars that sorta work. These do work. Also, the company went above and beyond when I entered in the wrong delivery address. Highly recommend this toy and this company.

I ordered binoculars for my grandson. I looked through them and thought they were broken. I didn’t realize you can adjust one lens. I contacted the company. Donna offered to replace them and sent me a prepaid label. Meanwhile, my husband “fixed” them and explained the binocular lenses were adjustable individually. This was new information for me. I’m thankful to Donna who was ready to replace the broken ones. The binoculars are high quality. In my work we give kids cheap binoculars to use during our programs. The binoculars I purchased from Smart Kids Planet are not cheap in price or quality. They are high quality ones. My grandson loves searching for birds with them.

I inadvertently ordered two of the same item, and returning and getting a refund for one of them was probably the easiest return experience I've ever had. The customer service person was extremely helpful and kind.
I can't rate the toy I purchased because it is for my grandson for Christmas.

Great choice on my part and my 7-month-old great niece is in the laughing mood every time she touches the magic cube. Keep up the great work and I know how my Christmas shopping will be starting in 2 weeks. Thanks for being there!

Great experience with this vendor. Their toys are well designed and very educational. Great customer services that gave me a 20% credit for an item that I ordered in error but that I chose to keep. So generous and thoughtful. Would buy more toys from them in the future.
