On day one- Amazing service, very very helpful and friendly staff! Diane at reception was so professional and delightful, Sophia was knowledgeable and so nice to work with. Tess was so understanding and happy to answer questions. They all put me at ease.

I was told I would find out in 72 hours I would hear back about whether I was a suitable candidate, I heard nothing back, on Thursday I received an email saying I would find out in another 72 hours, still nothing. Then today, A week later and I still had heard nothing, so I called to find out that i had been rejected as a candidate and that if I wanted to know why I needed to contact the customer support desk. And that they were sorry I didn’t get any notification before hand.

Really disappointed at the rejection, but more let down after such amazing service on the first day, got my hopes up, only to be really let down and not even followed up with.

Somehow all their sales emails came through no problem- but no notification of my status at all. It’s seems that as soon as you are no longer a viable candidate there no more caring customer service.

Really let down.

Sophia was amazing, very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had. The ladies were both very thorough with covid hygiene, I felt very safe in their capable hands.

Incredible service from the moment we stepped in the door.
Was told (previously) that my 13 yr old would need braces, due to overcrowding.
Aside from the cost, it was daunting thinking about the length of time he would have braces on for, and if he would need any extractions.
After a quick 30 min consultation with Avi, we were informed that we would be able to go this route. My son left excited about getting his new teeth (smile) in a few months time!!

My visit was very pleasant and relaxed my smile guide was Diane and she made me feel comfortable and made sure my experience was one to remember all while having a positive attitude, I am very much satisfied with my service.

I'm geninuely impressed by the office/clinic operation being held at the ANZ corporate tower in Auckland, CBD. Diane was a very delightful person who really made my first time experience of understanding these new Teeth Liners very welcoming. I was very skeptic of this opportunity when I came across it on my social media channels but was quite convinced with the 30-minute free consultation. It was thoughtful of them to immediately ask if I parked at the location, as Auckland City is very spread out. Commuting in would be troublesome but I was on my way anyway and it was conveniently located with ample parking nearby! I would've appreciated more time with the price selling as I was concerned with having to pay immediately but at least 72hrs notice is provided, although, would've been extra-thoughtful to mention these details upfront in bullet points on the online "booking a free 30-minute assessment"

It was a great experience, the team were all so friendly and really made everything so easy and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Can’t wait to get my new smile

I was warmly welcomed & ushered into the shop with a bona fide smile. I was indeed given a 5 star service with a-state-of-the-art devices befitting value for money.. Albeit I am yet to see any results for me, I'm satisfied on the bases of high trust that the folks at Smile Club are honest & professional

Had the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dental appointment. The staff we’re very friendly and engaging. Diane was my smile specialist and she was absolute lovely and friendly. She answered all my questions and worries and made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. Well done to the smile team, you are doing everything perfectly.

Awesome experience - Diane was amazing - was very nervous and a bit scared as it was the first time I had gone out of my comfort zone and done something like this but Diane made it such a fun experience - so like 5++ stars to her :)

The most dishonest company I’ve ever dealt with. Stay away. If I could rate a zero I would. I signed up for nighttime aligners, did the original moulds and received confirmation that I was good to go. Was asked to (and did) pay over $3,000 - they then sent me aligners. But not nighttime ones. Without saying a word to me they changed me over to normal aligners which I didn’t order and I had (and still have) absolutely no interest in going down that route. They are now refusing to engage in any substantive communication, have offered a paltry $200, and seem intent on working in the assumption should just proceed their way. Ultimately they were dishonest when they asked for payment and are failing to refund me now. I’ve spoken to countless support staff and keep being told the next response will be in 3-7 business days at which time they’ll probably say the same thing they’ve said over and over already. It’s clear they’re hoping it’ll just be too difficult and the customer will go away with them keeping the money. From other reviews here it seems this is not unusual on their part.

Stay well away from these crooks.
I've finished my treatment a few months ago and I'm very dissatisfied with the outcome as MY TEETH AREN'T ALIGNED. I've tried contacting there team via email for a few months with little to no response and then I decided to go to their shop to get things sorted.
They did another scan and said they would email me within a few days. Well they have emailed me requesting AN EXTRA 150 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR NEW ALIGNERS. Avoid these crooks and go to a professional company like invisalign where you will be taken care of properly.
